The restaurant’s ambiance was perfect for dinner, and the cuisine was exceptional. However, the sluggish service and lack of attention to detail were disappointing and detracted from the evening. Despite the venue being quiet, there were significant delays between courses and for simple requests like vegetable side dishes, which arrived when we were almost finished with our mains. When our server asked about our experience, I honestly replied that while the food was fabulous, the service fell short. The response was to recommend ordering nibbles while waiting, which seemed like an additional expense on top of entrees, mains, and desserts. Perhaps complimentary bread would have been a welcome gesture? Given the high prices, the restaurant needs to improve. We also encountered an error with a 1.9% card surcharge on our bill, despite paying 90% in cash, which was eventually rectified after some discussion.
There are so many wonderful restaurants in Perth, far better value for money and with outstanding service, I’d certainly choose wisely.

A beautiful spot by the river. We came for a special birthday dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

For us the we probably enjoy a basic fish and chips ect but for someone who really loves all types of seafood this is the place to go to.

The service by Indah was fantastic and could not be faulted and she organised a special birthday touch on our dessert. I would highly recommend the crème brûlée for desert and their selection of fortified wine was fantastic.

The chef and owner spoke to us on the way out and we can see he is very passionate about his craft which is great to see.

Went there on 17/10/25 what can I say all the staff welcomed us including the chefs. Amazing service we had a a girl who was on her first shift and she obviously has been trian well. The other lady serving was a pro both them and the young man made you feel like you were the only ones dining. Not pushy or rushing us at all.
The food was worth every dollar and it wat like a flavour party in my mouth hats off to the chef. If we visit Perth again will be back but will tell all our friends it is a must to eat at.
Thank you for the best first night in Perth.

Been to nearly all top tier food restaurants in Perth and this sits in top 5 easily.

Fantastic service, delicious and delicate food, well served portions (which is surprising from high end)

The Ceviche alone was huge and 10/10

Definitely one of the best seafood pasta I have ever had. Ordered the squid ink spaghetti and it was absolutely fantastic. It came with a thick crab sauce that is memorising. I was also served a small slice of king salmon as a starter which is light yet flavourful. This place is pricey and kinda posh but it is definitely worth it for special occasions or celebrations. I sat outside and the lake side view is also amazing if the weather allows. I will definitely go back next time I am in Perth. It’s a 10/10 from me.

10/10 Location & Views
A venue with a serious “wow” factor. We had a an outdoor seat with a panoramic view of the Boorloo Bridge.
The atmosphere was sophisticated yet relaxed. The food was expensive but fresh and delicious. You get what you pay- premium. Perfect for a special night out.

It’s so beautiful to have a seat by the water at Swan river bank looking at the bridge light changing with different images with its reflecting in the river.

I had a glass of cocktail, listening to live jazz. Sincerely, I did not want to leave! It’s ideal place for a romantic evening. Remember to have a quiet chat .

The owner said, currently jazz will be performing every Thursday evening in April 25 to start with.

Food is delicious with beautiful decorations and good service!

Hope this will be on going that Perth’ residences having another choice of beautiful entertainment!

One of the best seafood platters we had during our time in Australia. Absolutely fresh, tasty and also a good variety. Just right for 2 people and a fair price for the quality and craftsmanship on offer. The drinks were delicious as well. There’s a good selection of desserts.

The service was very professional and attentive. We never wanted for anything at any time. There was a bit of a wait for the platter, but the result was absolutely worth it.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. Relaxed music to make you feel good, by the water and a little out of the way. The view is not necessarily the best, but it’s not bad either.

All in all, absolutely recommended if you want to treat yourself or just want good , fresh seafood.

An affront to seafood

After taking a walk along the waterfront we happened upon this place and decided to take the gamble after seeing a relatively high Trip Advisor score.

We didn’t take a good enough look at the menu before taking a seat , something we lived to regret.

The food choices are an odd combination, I can only assume designed for a particular palate that I do not share.

The service is stern and it does not appear that the waitress has ever eaten the food she is serving.

My starter of scallop and prawn toast was a tasteless affair yet edible. It was like someone trying to hard to make a dish “different” and yet somehow managing to make it far worse than the worst cheap prawn toast from the cheapest take away.

Main course of “Cod” had a gloopy sauce poured over which I can only imagine to have been shop bought oyster sauce.

The fish was overcooked and extremely salty. Hard to believe that fish was that fresh. If it was then it was ruined.

I have been belching and passing wind at an alarming rate ever since.
