I ordered pepperoni, onion, green pepper and mushrooms. There were barely any toppings and NO mushrooms. $31 for this piece if crap pizza. Never order from here. Alot of bad reviews. Someone should close this store down. I am going to write the corporate office.

It took the food and driver nearly an hour and a half to get to Drury Plaza at The Arch when the location is 7 minutes away… The driver called us twice because he was at the wrong location.. twice???? Not sure how that happens. After he FINALLY found the hotel, he was so rude to us. We don’t care at this point because we just want our food. We get to our room and our food is incorrect AND cold because it took an hour and a half to get here when the location is 7 mins away… btw we ordered two sausage/pepperoni pizzas. We called the location to ask for a refund and with a rude tone he said, “did you touch it?” We will have a driver come get it” uhhh not if it takes another hour and a half to get to us we won’t. Don’t order from here. The people are ignorant and the food will be wrong and cold by the time you get it! Spend the money and get ya some Imo’s 😉

Ordered a very simple order almost 2 hours ago. I have called politely a few times to check in on where my pizzas are. The team has answered a few calls, but they have hung up on me 3 times in a row as I try to figure out where the pizzas are. I have 5 kids who are hungry, and was told an hour ago it’d be soon. Cannot recommend you risk it with this location.

I think the establishment is understaffed which is understandable. However, the workers are extremely condescending and rude when you call to check the status of your order. It took over 2 hours to receive a medium pizza, and bread bites. When the food got here it was cold and not good. This is a horrible location!

The food is always just average for a dominos but the wait time for a delivery has been over an hour even though the website says 25-35 minutes. While I understand they may be short on drivers, I do think there needs to be a way for each store to indicate it so that the customer can decide whether or not they are willing to wait the actual amount of time it would take. If I had known it was going to take over an hour I would have ordered from another dominos, or from another restaurants entirely.

The Chicken I ordered was fine but the pizza had too much tomato sauce and not enough cheese I could literally see a lot of spaces of tomato sauce where there should of been cheese. Also I don’t know their policy on napkins but the guy that gave me my order literally gave me 5 napkins for 2 medium pizzas, a 16 piece chicken and a 8 piece chicken. And when I asked for a few more napkins he advised me that he could not give me anymore even tho he had just opened up a new package to give me the 5 that he had given me. Smh these workers are just flat lazy and anyway they can cut corners so they won’t have to do anything extra they won’t do it and it’s a shame because we as paying customers are the ones paying to get those items with our food everytime we place an order with these restaurants. I ordered dominos again April 24, 2022 and got extra cheese and still see tomato sauce this is crazy and half of my pizza was folded in the box wow just can’t get it right. And just cause it was hot don’t mean squat if it’s not made right and packaged right cause that’s what I’m paying for.

I ordered occasionally from this location over the past several years and never had an issue. My pizzas and sides were always hot and prepared to standard as with most Domino’s I’ve visited over the years. When I first moved to Hyde Park, I was SHOCKED to see that they delivered to my address, but alas, I appreciated them very much for it! No problems whatsoever with the 10-or-so orders I placed.
