I have had multiple experiences at this location and can confidently say this is the best McDonald’s location I have ever visited! The staff here goes out of their way to deliver friendly service (even with a line wrapped around the building)! The food is always fresh!
There are even some members of the crew that remember your face and treat you like a member of the surrounding community rather than just a valued customer. The whole team needs special recognition!!

I just ran through the drive thru for a coffee but received a smile and good customer service from the ladies at both windows. No wait, good service and delicious coffee with the correct amount of creamer. What more can I ask for?!

Weekend crew is too lazy to cook real eggs, 2 weekends in a row this is the egg that they put on our sausage McMuffin. We should have the option to cancel order. Not a word about changing what they give you. Just throw it out the window and hope you don’t realize it till you’re too far down the road. 1 weekend was a mistake 2 in a row is lazy.

Ordered my kid a cheese biscuit, it was on the screen as an egg biscuit, I said that’s supposed to be just cheese, worker says ok I’ll fix it. We get to the window and worker rudely says that’s going to be $3 something just for that cheese biscuit since I told her to change it from just an egg biscuit. Not sure why she felt the need to point that out but I’m not one that argues over simple things and I also don’t work for McDonald’s so I’m not aware of how they charge for every single thing they have on the menu nor do I care. We get our food and get back on the road to UAB, I wish I would have looked at it before I drove off because it looked like those tiktok videos mocking how McD workers make their burgers. Our biscuits looked like they had been stomped on pressed back together then wrapped up. Unfortunately, I ate it anyway and ended up with what I’m assuming was food poisoning for the next 3 days.
