Had placed an order ahead and was told “15 minutes” I got there in 8. (Never had doubted little Caesars especially this location). As I walk in I let her know I have a pick, as I’m paying I see a sign saying ” exact change” I try to be generous by rounding up (by adding a sauce) close so it wouldn’t be difficult for them. She asked me which one and I let her know, she asked again and I showed her she then picked it and slammed it back down. As I get into my car to see how it looks I see that the cheese solidified and was poorly made (I took a bite and it was cold, was not enjoyable). EDIT: JAN 23 2025: Walked in purchased my meal at 6:18 walked out at 7:00 p.m. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and no crazy combo meal the cashier charged me for an extra crazy bread. The total was $21 and I thought that was too high for a pizza bread and a soda so I asked him for the receipt in which later the manager helped me and voided it. I then waited another 10 minutes for them just to resell my meal because I had thought they voided the crazy bread but they have voided the whole entire purchase. So I repurchase what I asked for a stuffed crust pepperoni with a crazy combo meal. The price for it was $9.49 for the pizza when I looked on the receipt it had said 11 and change. So I paid the exact same amount of price I did the first time and I wasted half an hour. There was no point of me saying anything because there were too many people and I felt like I took up a lot of time so I left. Not the first time I’ve had a problem with this little Caesars.

If i can get a pizza its hours old. When I go during lunch theres 1 person and I eventually just give up. Im surprised this location still exists it must lose money given either cold or no pizza. If you factor your time in mod is actually cheaper and guaranteed fresh just go there.

Waited an hour for 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizza online, walk in to asked for the status of my pizza since it was not in the mobile order pickup and they couldn’t even tell me if it was in the oven or not. The employee said hold on and walked away. Other customers in the store have also been waiting an hour plus and to top it off they had one employee working on all these orders during my visit finally someone else showed up around 630.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I have half a mind to walk in there and start screaming. I’ve never been so disrespected by a damn pizza place in my life. Both pizzas showed up so thin you would think I ordered ultrathin crust, and they weren’t even cooked through! Then I pop open a ranch dip and it’s gone bad and clumpy! So I try to just eat a breadstick and it’s literally just dry baked dough! No butter or garlic or parm on it, just DRY BAKED DOUGH. $37 down the drain. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a Little Caesars before in my life. Pics to come when I feel like looking at any of it again.

Only person at counter. The lady just stared at me for a minute or two. Finally asked to take my order. The pizza I received was so old the crust was too hard to eat. I was shocked how bad the service was. She seemed pretty out of it and sold an old pizza.

let me give you the situation I’m at Little Caesars for an Uber eats order and when I walk in there are seven people waiting for pizza, 4 have ordered online and three are picking up, none of the pizzas are even done, there is only two people working in the back and it’s on a Friday around 9:00 to be exact,
I feel so bad for the One worker who’s trying his best to solve the situation, by offering refunds and coupons actually taking charge but more people just keep coming in, some people in there have been waiting for hours. Not to mention with that many people in there it is a oven.

If I order pizza I expect to get one freshly made, my mistake for not looking before I left. What a joke. Pizza looks as tho it had been sitting the warming oven for hours. Who ever owns this place needs to do better.

We set a pick up order for 6:45pm came in and order was not done. Tried to get the attention of one of the workers but they were just ignoring customers and would only approach someone at random. Waited around for a little over and hour before I decided to leave and figure something else out for dinner. Tried to cancel my order but was told I couldn’t cancel it until Monday!! That’s ridiculous. And around 9:10 got the message that the order was ready so decided to go and pick up and not waste $22 in this economy. I get there to only wait another 30 mins because it wasn’t ready!! And they wouldn’t even listen to my concerns, the least they could do is give some coupons or throw in some breadsticks or an extra pizza. Just outright disorganized and unhelpful. And burnt pizza!!
