Went to get a breakfast crunch wrap and was told they no longer sale breakfast. I drove to the window to speak with the manager to confirm because I thought they were lying because they didn’t want to make breakfast. (Not the first time they lied because employees don’t want to make breakfast) When I got to the window the girl was smiling and laughing while I’m annoyed they stopped selling breakfast. I requested to speak to the manager and the girl continued smiling and laughing not being professional. The “manager” she said we are now under new management and stopped selling breakfast two weeks ago. I asked why does the menu still show you have breakfast. She said because we’re waiting on the new menu still. This Taco Bell permanently lost a customer. This is the closest taco bell to me as I live deep in the mountains and drove an hour just to get taco bell crunch wrap. The staff are unprofessional teenagers and do not behave like adults. Go to a different taco bell with better employees.

Delicious, heated fine, and fresh. Ordered a Double Decker Taco (3rd & 4th pics) and a Cantina Chicken Soft Taco (2nd pic). The beans of the Double Decker’s outer layer helped keep the taco warm. While the Cantina taco was cold, that’s a given since around half of it is vegetables. ♀️
The burrito-style wrapping of the food wraps (1st pic. Loose, since I opened it.) was helpful in making sure I didn’t spill any taco filling while taking out the tacos.
No avocado salsa packet for the Cantina taco, but it was fine without it imo. Plus, I was provided with 4 hot sauce packets (Mild, Hot, Fire, and Diablo).

Horrible customer service! No manners, no proper training, on how to talk to customers, guy worked the window on 11/03 at 9:34pm had a neck taper grown out hair! Find someone else who wants to work! He used someone else’s sign on I doubt his name was Alondra A on receipt

This Taco Bell is ran by the most unapologetic, rude, inconsiderate, and arrogant staff I’ve ever witnessed. Orders are routinely wrong, made incorrect, and items missing. Just look, they served me half empty Nacho fry’s, and had the audacity to tell me they were full. Staff seem either drunk or high, visibly vaping in the back kitchen. It’s a shame to have such a deployable ran Taco Bell in our home town as I LOVE TACO BELL. I hope corporate gets a handle on this location and brings back a quality ran experience for Sanger. THIS TACO BELL NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP. It’s quite unfair to the 1 or 2 staff trying their hardest for the rest of this establishment and its management to purposefully serve/full-fill orders at a low quality level. It’s almost like they serve horrible food on purpose to not have to work and just collect a check because eventually. NOBODY COMES BACK. And I think they know that, it shows with their attitude and conduct. TACO BELL – FIX THIS LOCATION.

Persistent issues from missing items, incorrect items and item quality issues. Today two of my items came completely cold and in the attached photo you can see how poorly the item was produced. Missing a hard taco that came with the combo and one of the other items having the wrong meat made for a very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate but I’ve come to accept the risk of ordering here. Beware and always check your order before leaving.

My daughter loves the nacho fries, this was two order of fries. As you can see they pretty much split up the order of one into two. That pretty says it all about this restaurant. Can’t expect much but oh well just adding this to all the reviews of 1 star I would rather drive to Fresno if gas wasn’t so expensive

Worst experience I have ever had…Their staff is so rude and arrogant. I came here to pickup orders at night time at drive thru, told them I have two orders but they didn’t give me both the orders instead said to come again at drive thru.They don’t know how to talk. They consider delivery persons like our jobs are nothing as compare of theirs.
