This Taco bell employees are very rude, has worst customer service. Seems like they are not properly trained. Orders are incomplete, cold, rice and burrito tortillas are very hard, nacho fries box is half empty and very cold, missing stuff. You have to go ask them and they will not apologize instead will start arguing. Dine in very dirty, employees are standing and chatting.Not a great place to order or dine in.This is my 5th worse experience with this Sanger location, even managers don’t know how to deal with client’s. Very disappointing. But I guess the Taco bell Corporation doesn’t care about this otherwise they could have taken some action.

My daughter loves the nacho fries, this was two order of fries. As you can see they pretty much split up the order of one into two. That pretty says it all about this restaurant. Can’t expect much but oh well just adding this to all the reviews of 1 star I would rather drive to Fresno if gas wasn’t so expensive

Persistent issues from missing items, incorrect items and item quality issues. Today two of my items came completely cold and in the attached photo you can see how poorly the item was produced. Missing a hard taco that came with the combo and one of the other items having the wrong meat made for a very disappointing experience. It’s unfortunate but I’ve come to accept the risk of ordering here. Beware and always check your order before leaving.

I just spent 10 minutes standing in the lobby of your store to be observed by at least three different employees who refuse to take my order didn’t even acknowledge I was in your store and apparently are too lazy to take my order and want me to use that nasty screen that you have with fingerprints and food and God knows what else all over it but anyways thanks for letting me know you don’t give a rat about your customers and that’ll just help me to avoid your establishment in the future maybe less chit chatting in the back and more customer service would do you guys a lot of good but thanks for making me feel unimportant. Taco Bell is usually a great place for fast food but in the last few months they haven’t been so good I don’t if it’s a change in management or what but there service to food quality just isn’t there anymore. I recently went through drive through at night usually when the most problems occur and the food quality was awful o only went because I said to my self I want to give them another chance this can’t possibly happen again for a fifth time but it did. It was the fifth time in under just a couple months and there customer service on drive through was horrible first they had me wait before I could order them was rushed to order when the girl finally took my order and I hate when they say “is that all or anything else?” I only order 5 small items 3 of those mini quesadillas and 2 chicken burritos from those meal ABC orders and they were gross no rice they forgot and very little chicken. I’m not the type to rant but I had had enough with this place so I called in the manger he was rude and said that’s how they make them but I know for a fact they don’t any way no more Taco Bell from Sanger Ca for me or my family and friends they have had the same problems and they too are fed up with it!
