I think they forgot the actual COFFEE part of my shaken espresso this morning. It wasn’t filled to the top and it tasted like milk and syrup. Looks nothing like the picture on their app or like one I’ve had before.

I usually avoid Starbucks because I am not a huge fan of the coffee and the food is usually over priced. I needed a coffee hit with needing to get some work done tonight so I stopped in at this location. I have never engaged a friendlier staff than at this Starbucks! The majority of my interactions with staff at Starbucks are with disinterested zombies. NOT here- the gentleman who took my order was energetic and engaging. The other staff member working the counter was very friendly as well. Very impressed and hooeful that Starbucks is making some training changes when it comes to staff training.

Ordered a simple peppermint cookie frap, with chocolate curls topping.
Comes out with salted caramel toppings with no cookie crumble mixed in and no mocha sauce pumps.
Not at a busy time nor where there major lines to cause a rush to mess a simple order up, reading skills are essential.
Needs work or just replaced by a 7 brew.

I hate complaining but I feel like this is a serious thing.so when someone orders oatmilk in their drink it’s probably for many reasons like a severe milk allergy that could have your throat swollen up….. they are kind but the amount of times I’ve watched them put the 2% milk in my drinks after saying oatmilk and then I have to say something because I don’t wanna have a reaction. makes me feel bad because ik it’s not a fun job but when they come at me annoyed or pissed bc they got to remake it. it is frustrating because if I don’t say something I just spent money on something I can’t have. Or what if I’m not paying attention and they put the 2% that’s why I watch but don’t get mad at me because you put the wrong thing please that would be extremely bad for the company if someone was hospitalized.

I always order on the mobile app and then run inside to pick it up. Only one time have I ever had to wait for my drink to be ready, and to be honest, I’m pretty sure it’s my fault and I didn’t give them enough time. It was around 9am on a Saturday and it was exceptionally busy. The staff are ALWAYS very smiley and polite, no matter how busy they are. Despite the bizarre entrance & exit options, this is still one of my favorite locations. 🙂

Hearing a red-haired barista blatantly scream at her workers is very unsettling. I have been in multiple times and hear the same barista complaining and screaming at her fellow workers. It is horrible to not only witness it once but multiple times. It makes me not want to go there anymore knowing that the manager doesn’t care or at least doesn’t seem to care about worker interactions, especially in front of guests.

This is really excellent food. The twist they put on their rice and beans is beyond delicious Our beef and fish tacos were soooo good!!! We got their Mexican cob salad with shrimp for lunch today… can’t wait ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
