3 stars is giving the benefit of the doubt! This was our first time to this dairy queen. Only the 2nd time ever eating in one.
Unfortunately we were not impressed.
The chicken strips were extremely small, the fries were limp and toast was so soggy and undercooked that you couldn’t even eat them. Food was quick to come out of the kitchen but at what cost, quality?. The walls could use some attention in the cleaning department. Little spaces needed cleaned too.
I feel that prices don’t match what little food you are given, that being said we will be skipping DQ from now on. Less expensive to eat at a local restaurant.

This DQ went from the best to the worst. This is the third time. 3 strikes, your out. This is what we received. I meal, Dilly Bars and 3 drinks $42.00. I hope someone else enjoyed my Mother’s Day gift. Enough is enough. Get your staff under control. Never again.

Boyfriend and I saw they had shrimp baskets, and decided to order 2 of those for lunch instead of chicken strip baskets like we usually get. The very first thing we asked is if they had tartar sauce for the shrimp before we ordered, to which we were told yes. We get our lunches, continue on our roadtrip, then see we both were given cocktail sauce with our meals. They couldn’t even get the condiment right when it was the first thing we asked. Won’t be stopping back on any future trips through the area.

Not sure what’s going on with the serving sizes at this Dairy Queen, but the sundaes definitely used to be more than two tablespoons of ice cream. This is fresh from the drive thru, and the curl on top didn’t even reach the rim of the bottom cup. Pretty disappointing if you ask me. Can’t expect business to stick around if you stick it to your customers like this.

Somehow a cookie dough blizzard was a tough order. I have no idea what I just ate, but it wasn’t cookie dough. It’s ice cream though, which is good.
If you need ice cream after 6:00pm in Hayward, I guess this is the spot.

Smh kid rushed us through ordering then got mad because we told him no catch up and he was rushing so bad that he didn’t put it on the ticket. Then when he fixed it, he said you could’ve just asked. When I did then when I asked for spoons for my ice cream he said the same thing that I could have just asked
