I recently tried Chang’s Garden on Orchard Park Rd, and I was really impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Everything tasted made-to-order, not like typical rushed takeout.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our order was ready quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, which always makes a difference.
Definitely one of the better Chinese spots in the West Seneca area. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

BEST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EATEN IN A LONG TIME!!! We had 3 in our group. Got seated right away. Service is excellent! We did the family style deal for 3. Pick 2 entrees and 1 side. You get soup and an egg roll each included. The Sesame Chicken is NEXT LEVEL!!! Strips of chicken lightly battered vs chunks with heavy batter. My new favorite Chinese restaurant! Will visit probably every week!!! Their counter had 8 take out orders ready when we left. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

If I’m ordering chinese, it’s Chang Garden. The quality of food never disappoints. I ordered some takeout for my son and his friend, and everything was perfect. The woman at the register was very friendly, and as she handed me my order she slipped a small gift into the bag. It was a beautiful wall scroll calendar for 2026. Unexpected and appreciated. Nice touch.

Me and my daughter go there all the time and split the 2 plate dinner. We get the general tsos and pork fried rice. So much food we always take some home.
This is by far the best general tsos I have ever had. It’s not like your average chicken that is the same at every place you go to with just a different general tsos sauce. You can tell they make it fresh.
The server is great. He always jokes with us and makes it to be a conformable atmosphere. my daughter loves going here.

I rarely eat Chinese food, and when I do, the meat is always suspect at best. I’m picky, so I typically just order veggie fried rice and nothing else… except at Chang’s Garden. The chicken especially is super tender, without feeling rubbery or chewy. This is, without a doubt, the best Chinese restaurant in the local area. Everything is tasty, and always hot when you order. Generous portion sizes, I usually take an extra day to finish my meal. I’ve been eating here for years without any complaints.

I’ve been eating here for years, it’s always been pretty good. But over the past year it’s gone down considerably, and today I ordered the same thing I always do for my family and every single item was probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. Some of it wasn’t even edible. The egg rolls seem to be spoiled and the lo mein has a funny taste and smell to it. The General Tso’s was way undercooked and had no flavor at all. The wonton noodles were mushy and the broth had no flavor. Save your money and go somewhere else because this place sucks now.

Large generous portions of everything. Best eaten hot and fresh in their dining room, if possible. They use fresh and quality ingredients and have nice specials. They are pretty quick and everything comes out hot and fast. We just ordered their big juicy dumplings pork friend dumplings, egg rolls, crispy beef, fried rice and beef and shrimp platter. Tons of food. All was delicious. We stuffed ourselves and had an entire extra meal each.
The one thing that’s kind of annoying is that you can’t have fried rice with a dinner. You are not even allowed to pay an up charge for it. You have to order it by itself. Not the end of the world, and I always end up doing it but it’s like paying for an extra meal every time we go.
I find Chinese a little pricey in this area. A pro tip is to order a few lunch specials and save them for dinner. Make your own buffet. They do include fried rice with their lunches.
