Really great experience today at Penn Station East Coast Subs. I very much enjoyed my chicken parm sub and fries. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, including the multi grain bread. The 9-inch sub was the perfect size, too! I will be back when I’m back in town. I recommend trying this place!!

I’m lactose intolerant and usually get my subs without cheese. Every time when I ordered
online from a location in Mayfield or South Euclid they’d still add it on when I clearly told them not to.
Here they actually got it right and paid attention to detail, I really wish I could give them a big tip. It was worth the drive.

Great place. I was with my special needs client headed to an appointment when he asked what do they sell in Penn Station? I gasped, “You have never had Penn Station before? He gave me a sad nod no, i glanced at my phone and saw we had ample time and made a turn in the lot just before we would pass the place.
Greeted by a warm staff, the place was a paragon of cleanliness. I felt almost a royal air come upon me. Treated as a prince. We shared fries and had cheesesteaks. Josh as well as myself were impressed beyond measure. Sandwiches were divine imbued with essence of all things joyous. We hope to adventure to this magical place again one day. Thank you.

I just went here, Im still in the parking lot eating my food. Anyways, Bennett just made my order and I had to take the time to thank him, not only for grilling my turkey andmaking a perfect sandwich but also giving me vinegar i didnt ask for. You were right to give it to me and it made everything even better.

Food is good. Service and atmosphere is great. Everyone in the staff are very welcoming. They all worked really well to provide a really good dining experience. Tables and facilities are clean. Feels more like a *mom & pop* shop rather than a chain restaurant. Much better than other Penn Stations around the Cleveland area.

So, I ordered 3 subs and fries with drinks. The total was about 60$. I ordered ahead and got to the store at the specified time. Standing there waiting for a good 20 minutes before someone finally says something. They gave one of my subs away to someone else. Instead of remaking it right away, they helped and made nearly 5 other people’s subs before remaking mine??? The manager finally stepped in, but Jesus. For 60$ you’d expect better service. I will never be returning.
