I called the restaurant to make sure when the lobby closed, they said 10pm. So my wife and I arrived around 8:15. The counter person was rude( I think because we were dining in). My wife asked me if I thought she was rude and I was thinking the same thing! 2nd, got our order and it wasn’t right. I got a regular roast beef instead of a of a double beef and cheddar. They did make me one. When I got back to the table, my wife, said look at my sandwich and she had to pick half her meat off. Really hard, crispy edges and dry! I took it to the manager who said that there was nothing wrong with it!!!! I will let you be the judge!!! We have been here and lobby was closed a couple hours early. We have been here and they had no roast beef! If we ever decide to go to Arby’s again, we will drive FURTHER to Fort Wayne or Hunnington!!!! This is the worst ran Arby’s ever! Do not go here!!!

I usually enjoy Arby’s and have minimal complaints. Today was very disappointing I hit the drive thru with my $15 family meal coupon that I used twice. I had no issues ordering I had maybe 3 cars ahead of me. I was asked to pull forward for my fryer goods. Waited about 6 minutes ( witch I don’t mind for hot food) I checked my bags and my fry order was backwards got 6 curly fries and 2 crinkle and needed it the other way. I walked in waited talked to the assistant manager Julie she told me they could replace them but then proceeded to tell me that it was going to take some time. I feel like she was trying to deter me from waiting I said how much time she told me how stressed she was and how backed up wait would be 4 minutes. Go back through the drive thru. Witch was slammed waited 18 minutes to be asked if I was happy now? No miss I’m not all my food is cold and my drink is watered down. I feel I should of gotten fresh food or been a priority and waited the 4 mins. Service was blah food was eh.

How does a place with no customers still make you wait just to order? At 12:30 in the afternoon, they were out of roast beef unless we waited half an hour. The cashier didn’t seem to know what was going on. We gave up and left hungry. Not exactly the kind of “fast” food you’d expect.

Took forever to get my food then it wasn’t right when I said something to the staff about my turkey club not having bacon they got an attitude like I was trying to rip them off for the bacon I told them I didn’t even want a new or different sandwich just letting them know the went in the back and starred running their mouth.so I left.

Food was good service was incredibly slow. Didn’t have any sauce cups out. Napkins were empty. I asked an employee multiple times for sauce cups and never got any and it took almost 15 minutes to get our food
