Call the young lady greeting is not pleasant at all, she sounded as if I was bothering her. I ordered a pot pie as usual. After eating more than 3 fourths of the pot pie got near the bottom, only to realize, it was just smothered in carrots. I do love carrots, but this was a ridiculous amount. Also, there was very little chicken in the pot pie. I must say this is the first time I’ve had such an experience. I always get the pot pie and this is the first time it was disappointing.

I ordered 2 4 piece meal, which they charged extra for substitutions.
I get home I find that 1 of my meals only had 3 pieces. When I attempted to call to rectify the issue the was busy. I attempted a few more times with the same results. Totally disappointed because times are rough and and prices are steadily rising. Never again.

Im giving one star simply because thats the lowest it will slow me to give. The service here was the worst. I did a mobile order and when I went to pick it up the little girl with the blond hair working in there gave me food that was unacceptable. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the food was not what I should have gotten! I got her attention and she came to the window with a whole attitude then asked me what did I want? I asked her why did she have an attitude she said I don’t have and attitude I told her about my biscuit that was hard as a rock she shut the glass in my face went and got some other raggedy looking biscuit gave it to me then shut the glass and walked off. She was very rude. She obviously need more training in customer service or another profession because her customer service sucked! Look at these mash potatoes bowls smh! Do not waste your money at this store!

The numerous complaints regarding customer service at this location closely mirrored my experience. In my situation, the manager appeared to be the order taker and came across as rude and condescending. However, when I reached the window, my interaction with Kayla was entirely different. Kayla was pleasant, professional, and courteous.
It was apparent that the manager, who packed my order while keeping her back turned during my interaction, had discussed my experience with Kayla, as suggested by their body language. This behavior gave the impression that management is complacent in their rudeness and, rather than correcting it, allows or even encourages a culture of slow and disrespectful service among staff.

Another shit fast food place I will never go to again, even though it’s on my way to work. I ordered 3 piece big box and chicken sandwich, I didn’t get the sandwich, so basically I paid almost $20 for a 3 piece big box. Never again.

I will not be returning to this KFC location. Every time I visit, the service and quality fall short of the KFC name and mission of “to serve finger lickin’ good food at a fast pace, with a smile, in a way that leaves every customer satisfied.”
I placed an online order that showed as “ready” in the app, but when I arrived no one was at the front counter. After waiting, someone finally came out to assist me. I was also told this location doesn’t carry honey garlic sauce on the wings—even though it was listed as an option in the app. When I got home, none of the sauces I requested were included, and the gravy I paid extra for was also missing.
The customer service and efficiency at this location are not up to par.
Suggestions for improvement:
Keep the app updated with accurate menu options.
Greet customers promptly upon arrival.
Double-check orders before handing them out to ensure all items are included.

28 dollars for 12 tenders small tenders at that and 4 biscuits. Are you insane. Are you making up prices now. You can get combo’s with sides for less then that. My receipt also said dipping cups we received no dipping cups we didn’t even get our ranch dressing. I will not be back. I’ve heard of inflation but this is price gouging. With times as they are you are not helping things doing things like this. Same on you. I see your 12 piece tender meal is 19.99 why didn’t some one say that instead of charging me what you did.

I ordered chicken tenders and potato wedges through the KFC app at this location. When I got there, I was told they were out of wedges and was given soggy fries instead. The fries weren’t even close to being an equal replacement — they were terrible. If you really want some good wedges, go to Wendy’s during breakfast hours. This location is trash.
