Haliee and Jeyla were extremely kind and provided excellent customer service tonight. Each of them immediately greeted me upon arrival, apologized to me because no one informed me of the pizza hut offers and remade my pizza as a courtesy.

The restaurant was clean and the beverage fridge was fully stocked. Hailee told me that she was a new employee. I was really impressed with her level of customer service. And Jayla was a sweetheart.

Thank you ladies for giving me a GREAT customer experience!!!

Service is the WORST!!! I was ordering at the front desk taken by the cashier who’s attitude was so disgusting and outright rude. She had a VERY snappy attitude as I was ordering my food and when I went to pay, I took a hundred dollar bill out (because its all i had) and she lost her mind! Told me she didn’t have change for the bill and when I proceeded to tell her my change was only $40 she proceeded to curse at me with the “f” word. I was in disbelief as she told me that while I had my wife and kids there. I told her, “excuse me did you just curse at me” and she replied by saying “excuse you, how would you like me to talk to you.” I asked for the manager as she walked away saying more things under her breath. Manager came out to the front… Honestly she looked like another regular worker there, same uniform and none of them had name tags. I proceeded to tell her what the cashier told me and didn’t seem to care enough. All she said was that she would have a conversation with her and proceeded to tell me I had to leave to break my $100 bill and come back to finish my order. As if I would even step back in that establishment EVER again. How does a restaurant of that size not have $40 in change at lunch time. Truthfully i do not believe that. The managers name is “apparently” Hailey and she is a slim petite women and the Cashiers name is “apparently ” Brianna. She has her sides shaved down and has a top bun. Not sure if i was given honest information but I will definitely be taking this to Corporate. We live in a society where it’s ok to curse in front of children now and management won’t do anything about it. DISPICABLE!

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever been to. The service was terrible. I was ignored for a while as two employees chatted. After they finished, one woman slowly came to the counter like it was an inconvenience. Although we ordered online and had a confirmation she said they didn’t have the order. I asked for the manager and the employee walked away then came back and started to work the drive-thru. The manager eventually came and was just as rude and not helpful at all! All she did was repeat the same, no order. I recognized her as the person chatting with the other employee when I came in. She had no appearance or demeanor of a manager and may have just been pretending. The store was completely empty so I guess I was an interruption to their conversation. No offer to fill the order just sarcasm, smirks an attitude. She and the other employee exchanged looks and smirks. At one point I told her the smirks were unnecessary. Told me the order probably went to another location and then just looked at me like she was done and I should leave. They clearly didn’t want to help me. I showed the confirmation with that address. They need to clean house and get people that care about customers. Left without pizza and trying to figure out what happened to the order and payment. Manager sarcastically said, “Have a nice day” as I left. The experience angered and frustrated me. I will never set foot in there again!

This place is complete trash. First time ordering from there over door dash. The dasher had to wait 15 minutes for them to say it was made fresh. Received it promptly from the dasher and the food was cold and inedible. I can’t believe they’re even in business with this type of product.

I am really disappointed and upset. We were all pretty hungry and we picked up our food brought it home and all the pizzas were burnt. The pasta was dry and the cheesy bread was dry and burnt. Not sure what was going on tonight but this is the worst I’ve ever tasted Pizza Hut

Ive come here numerous times with my puppy and waited for pick up and everyone was always welcoming and nice. Today I called in to order breadsticks. I arrived with my puppy, wasnt greeted but abruptly asked by an elderly white lady if my tiny puppy was a service dog. I said, “no.” She then refused to service me (I was at the cashier w my wallet ready to pick up my breadsticks) and tell me in an impolite tone how I had to go to a drive thru. Mind you, the place was empty of clients. I shook my head and left knowing Ill never return to this location again. You didnt have to be a “ Karen,” lady. Needless to say, they never did call to tell me my breadsticks were ready. She didnt feel like serving this evening.

I tried to order delivery and got a text from the driver suggesting the restaurant may not have power. My order wasn’t cancelled so I waited. 30 minutes after delivery was supposed to happen, I call the number listed and get a contact center. Two separate reps say they see my order and the restaurant is open, but the delivery tracker said cancelled while Pizza Hut’s tracker said they were working on it. I couldn’t get anyone at the actual store to speak with me. If you’re having power issues, shut down your delivery orders.

The staff was welcoming. We dined in, our orders were taken within 10 minutes or less. Our server was sweet. Our food was served within 20-25 min. The taste was not the best, the crust definitely had an after taste, can’t not explain it. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. 5/10 experience just because the food could have been better.
