Man this Panera Bread has unfortunately gone downhill. No avocado and was dirty! Hopefully it was just my visit. But I was questioning if they would pass a health inspection. Food was fine, but get it together. Yuck!

I ordered Cream Of Chicken & wild rice
soup for my kids to take away.
There is was only one option for kids
When I got home and opened it, the soup looked terrible like something you would feed to dogs.
I didn’t give it to my kids.
I tried a few spoonfuls myself because I was very hungry, and later that night I had diarrhea.
Also, they didn’t have any coffee at 8:40 p.m., even though they close at 9:00.
It’s really disappointing that this place is considered one of the top restaurants, but the food and service were awful!

I had a really disappointing experience at Panera Bread. When I got my order, I found an actual piece of paper stuck to my bread. That is completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to focus on quality and fresh food. It makes me question the cleanliness and attention to detail in the kitchen. I expected much better from Panera and will think twice before coming back.

Worst experience ever. Order bowl of Chicken noodles soup. Had a long male hair in it. Told the manager showed to her. She wasn’t really apologetic. Gave us another bowl of chicken noodles soup. Which had another hair in it. This is the second bowl hair picture.

I ordered food, got to choose from a money off the salad or a free cookie on the app. I chose the cookie. Came to the counter to pick up the food and I asked about the above cookie. To which I got a deer in a headlight stair and “I don’t know” behind the counter. I love it!!!!! Mhm. Thank God for Olivia who actually bothered to check that. Thanks for making me feel like I’m begging for a cookie

When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish my order. The app said my order was ready, but when I got there they didn’t even have the bagel I ordered. Other locations usually call to give you a heads-up—this one just marks the order as ready anyway.

Not getting what is pictured in their ads, expectation vs reality is a stark contrast here with the hot food. Three stars for the ladies as cashiers at this location are very kind and helpful! Kitchen staff is always rude but what are you gonna do.

The chicken noodles soup was so watered down I just threw it out. I normally like their soup but it ended up just tasting like dirty water. My daughter got the kids grilled cheese and the bread was all torn up. It was not good. This place had a very dingy vibe as well. Service wasn’t the best. It wasn’t the worst it was mediocre, but the soup was just horrible.

Slowest drive thru ever should be called a crawl thru, if you need to be anywhere fast skip it. Definitely not a good fit for 30 minute lunch unless you work nextdoor.

Pleasant, not too crowded place. The service was very kind and polite, accepted the order and delivered the meal with a genuine smile. Very tasty Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup for which I only paid $10.10. If it weren’t for the fact that I’m here on a short vacation, I would love to visit this place again.
