I just made an order and sadly it wasn’t good. My buffalo wings came with a label that says “USE BY END OF DAY MONDAY” Not sure how that happened.
But I ordered using the app and all I had to do was scan my QR code and it came out of the magical machine! And the machine talks to you telling you to have a good meal & not to forget your sides, it was so cool!!
I used my Tmobile deal where I only paid $3 for the whole classic pepperoni pizza (8 slices)!! Such an amazing deal and I was only in the store for 2 min!!
There is sufficient parking too.
The unfortunate thing is, if you’re in Pasadena or Altadena, this is what you’re stuck with. The closest location after this is in Alhambra, which is a 40-minute round trip from central Pasadena. I’m not sure anyone is willing to drive that far/long for a quick and easy dinner option like Little Caesars.
After multiple really disappointing experiences here, I’m done with this location. The company should take notice of this location and severely reprimand the owner — we won’t be returning, and urge others to pass on this. If not, don’t say you weren’t warned!
Final visit on a Thursday night found about 7 people standing and waiting in the shop, no employee behind the counter, no one apologizing for the wait or explaining the back-up. After about 5 minutes of everyone looking at each other, I finally said screw it and left with another customer who said they’d never return, either.
