Update on March 4th I received horrible service so I walked out without eating. Seriously, clean the tables and don’t leave them soaking wet with chemicals and just watch as a customer is trying to dry it off theirselves. Also don’t set the silverware on said wet with chemicals table and get upset when a customer asks for new silverware.

Came in hoping for a decent meal — food wasn’t terrible, just average. The real issue was the service. Our waitress was more focused on her phone than her tables, even stepped out the back door to take a call before finally bringing our drinks. Meanwhile, someone who looked like management was off in the corner chatting it up while customers at the register stood there waiting with no help.
When the food came out, it was fine. Not bad, not great. Needed a refill and couldn’t get anyone’s attention until a lady from the back of the kitchen stepped up and asked if we were okay. Only then did our waitress notice us, came over, and I told her someone else already helped. Asked for the check and a box — she brought the check, forgot the box. Came back and asked what I needed again — had to remind her about the box.
Not the worst meal, but definitely not coming back for the service.

Im a huge fan of the lunch buffet. Sun through Fri from 11 to 130. They usually are still going a short while after and they pay attention to the spread to keep fresh options on there. Salad comes with it if you ask. I really like the atmosphere with different sports on and the mix of music. Their fountain drinks are a good level of carbonation. I recommend this restaurant. They also deliver directly and through doordash.
Update: it just wasn’t the same today. I had to go to the bar for my own refill, i waited over 20 minutes before doing so, zero checking in by wait staff. Very disappointing.
Final update:
The waitress today during lunch on 12/18 didn’t even attempt to pretend she wanted to serve. It was only 11:30am. She was so rude and refused to refill my drink even once, attitude from the start. This visit i waited 30 minutes for a drink refill with multiple passes by the waitress. The guy server with the cute hair wrap was nice tho . Food was mid and the best thing was the cheese bread when it was fresh.
I no longer recommend this restaurant.
And also, this is why i do not pre-tip.

Everyone there displayed excellent customer service. They forgot to add bell pepper to my pizza so they made me another one and gave me the original one. That was very nice of them.

My mother (senior citizen) just left this location and had the rudest service ever from the manager on staff . She originally went through the drive thru to pick up pizza for her grandkids and neighborhood kids. When the manager rung up the order it was not the price of special online. So he advised my mom to get out of line and place the order online . She obliged and placed the order successfully online for $28.12 . She then proceeded back to the drive thru only to be told that her order couldn’t be located and the rude manager told her it was nothing that he could do about it and he didn’t care when she told him she was going to share her experience online. I am also in the process of contacting corporate as my mom had to call the bank and dispute the charge. She revealed to me that this is not the first time this same manager has been rude and she didn’t get a name but knows she has encountered him prior and he was rude when she asked about pizza specials . Since he doesn’t care we will proceed to let corporate know about the encounter and advise the community not to support this establishment.

So we ordered a pizza last night and i was blown away with the price, but got over it… until I received the pizza. Dough was barely cooked, cheese was melted but everything else was refrigerator temp. Dough was not even finished and I can’t understand how that would even happen! 25 bucks for one large delivered, plus tip?- I can’t see myself trying again… quite ridiculous. $30 for a less than mediocre pizza is absurd. Be better PH

Always pick up through the drive through. Use the app for rewards. Great deal for really great pizza. I had earned enough points, this order was free. Pizza, breadsticks and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. Delicious.
