Ordered the chicken Alfredo and added steak. I then mixed the food up thinking the Alfredo sauce was on the bottom? Do you see any Alfredo on here.? Its like I was eating buttered noodles for $27 dollars they got me. Wont be back. Customer service was good thats about the only good thing about this location.

I am highly disappointed in this location. I ordered a “regular” size Pad Thai and was clearly given a “small” portion in a “regular” size take-out bowl (which was not realized until I was home). On top of that, I have ordered the Pad Thai with tofu dozens of times, and on this occasion it absolutely did not taste right. It went straight in the trash as I did not know what it had been cooked in/with to make it taste that way. Ultimately, I completed the feedback form from the company and indicated that I wished to be contacted by a representative to discuss my experience, and no one reached out. Extremely disappointed.

Last time I’m coming here. They completely forgot the steak in my “Spicy Korean Steak noodles” and had a multitude of other issues; time for completion was double what they quoted, unfriendly awkward staff, and aggressive manager toward employees (makes sense for the bad atmosphere). This happened at 8pm on 10/24.
Manager needs a serious attitude check, said “I’ll cut you” to younger employee. Didn’t seem like they were friends and it was a joke.

I ordered door dash from this company yesterday and spent $93.00. When door dash dropped the food off I noticed all my drinks were missing. I called the store spoke with the manager Nick who told me it’s the dashers job to grab the drinks out of the cooler. Never in my life have I heard of anything like that and I work in the restaurant industry.
Then I open my food and the extra sauce I asked to be placed on my noodles were dry as heck. I called back he told me that instead of the girl putting the sauce on the side she most likely added it. I only had two tomatoes one shred of spinach and 3 pieces of cut broccoli. Honestly the whole meal was disappointing and I was told there is nothing the store can do about it!
Don’t eat here please is horrible!

Theres just something off about the food at this noodles. I really enjoy all other locations, but this place has been hit or miss at best (mostly misses).
Even when i dine in, the food tastes like its been sitting in a doordashers car for an hour. The noodles are overcooked – i heard they dont cook the noodles in-house, but still taste overcooked to me.

This place is so YUMMY I’ve heard good things about noodles and co, but I have none in my home town. The serving size was good for 1 person, and the takeout packaging is really nice to keep for work lunches! The workers are really chill and nice. I wish they had more drink options, but other than that, really good food!

Ate in. Inequities in portions sizes. My sister’s bowl was full, mine only 3/4. Cold by the time we got. Other groups that ordered after us, served ahead of us. I substituted onions on it. Very skimpy, only 3 found. Sister didn’t have much buffalo sauce. None of our cheese melted. Only a little sauce for our bread. As we ate, realized noodles were undercooked.
We have come here for years. I used to love this place but since they expanded, it seems like they have cut everything and it’s just not the greatness you expect of them. This one is at bad as the ones that finally opened in Toledo.
As we left we witnessed the employee at the counter wearing Crocs and too busy on a personal phone call to notice the man from a delivery service at the counter. The food he was picking up was not ready for him to take. They hadn’t even filled the drink.
*I miss the days when they had chopsticks and real dishes. The girl didn’t work well with my noodles so I ruined a shirt now. As we finished, I realized there was a ton of plastic going back into the environment.

So this chain is supposed to close 30-35 stores down this year. I would say this one should be on the list. The food is okay, but their customer service is abysmal. I was left waiting to order at the cash register despite the girl with the braids having looked at me and having handed out a to go order. It wasn’t until another gent came in from the back that he took my order.

Placed a pickup order and arrived a few minutes after the estimated pickup time. I was told they were working on a “team order” and were unsure when they would be able to complete my order. How can you be unsure of when an order will be done? What is the mystery?

This place is disgusting (see photo), food all over the floor both in the kitchen and dining room they touch your food with their bare hands. Staff seems overwhelmed, no greeting, you have to wait to order.
