Got this lottza totza and they send me a cold pizza somebody else never came to pick up. I work at the planet fitness down the street, dont know what i did to deserve that but i mean whatever ill bring sammichss to work instead of ordering from here anymore

Ordered though doordash and pickup was set for 1:51 AM delivery was not available so I had to drive there. Arrived at 1:45 AM was told it would be ready in 7 minutes. Waited 40 minutes. The guy working asked again what the order was. Told him the order again and he said he couldn’t find it. Order then shows Canceled in the app!!! He then stated he would refund the payment even though he couldn’t find the order. I asked if he put the order in and how long it would be..he ignored us. He walked around the kitchen touching some boxes and lifting them up and touched some reciepts then just kept walking around and would not make anyones food…multiple people waiting …he was not working. Did Not make our food. We left starving and upset that we wasted our gas and time to go pick up the food we ordered and never got our food. Poor poor poor customer service. Not a good start to the new year.

The food was superb, great temperature despite the negative degree windchill. The reason I gave the service a 3 is because when you call the store…it doesn’t call the store. It calls some call center in India I’m fairly certain from my 20+ times calling. You have to say “please transfer me to the store”. The time I attempted to order before this time, the guy with a very thick accent wouldn’t transfer my call and proceeded to lie to me & when I politely asked to speak to a manager he immediately slammed the phone down (that’s how it sounded anyways) & hung up on me. When I called again & got a new call center person, they transferred me through with no resistance… But it was too late to order & I angrily went to bed hungry.
However, I love this location & they are all 5 stars, but still they’re attached to an infuriating foreign call center.

Food always comes quick and hot. I’ve ordered dozens of times and they’ve never gotten my order wrong.
They never forget my topperstix sauces which keeps me coming back since their sauces are the reason I prefer toppers over other chains. The boom boom sauce and garlic parmesan sauces are amazing. Definitely recommend trying them if you hvnt already.

Ordered pretty late, just calling them to let them know that they forgot my soda. Not even 1 second in I got hung up on. Called back the girl said I didn’t say anything so she hung up. She had a major big attitude the whole call, I explained to the girl that I ordered a soda and didn’t get the soda, she said my order didn’t say I ordered a soda, she was reading “my” order to me and it wasn’t anything close to what I ordered. Put me on hold, then proceeded in saying it was the driver’s fault for not reading what I ordered and not asking for it. Playing the blame game. Will never order from this place ever again. When I opened up the wings, it was not appetizing at all. Looks like they just threw some wings into a pile of sauce. It looked nasty. Toppers is overpriced for such poor quality of food and poor customer service even when you’re trying to be nice and not a Karen. I rather order from domino’s or papa John’s. At least their food look and taste better than this. If I could put 0 stars I would!!

Stopped into this Toppers about a week or so ago on a Saturday evening. I had a wonderful experience. The young lady at the front counter was very polite and helpful. The young men in the back were working really hard. They were not slacking nor appeared lazy at all. Everybody in that store was working. Great customer service! I will definitely return.

Came back from out of town and was extremely hungry and I ordered a pizza from my former favorite pizza spots (TOPPERS) and the pizza came COLD‼️ THE CHICKEN WAS COLD AND MY SODAS I PAID FOR WAS NOT WITH THE DELIVERY DRIVER‼️ I called the store and they had me on hold then they hung up on me. I’ll never order from here again‼️

Came in from out of town and saw this was the best rated pizza. Hands down, is not. They were 20 minutes late. The pizza was overcooked and cold. The wings were soggy. Paid $95 for crap service. Our gas station pizza is way better than this place.

Ordered delivery, 1st time in approx. 3 years. 2 Wrong pizzas came! Ordered a build your own with tomatoes and black olives m, ground beef to make a “taco” pizza at-home. 6 that’s right six olives on the pizza, no tomatoes. Pizza 2 thin crust sausage. Came hand tossed. Granted the flavor was good, but I did not get what I paid for. Called the store talked to a Brian. Told me that was the standard, and they would not do anything about it. And this is why I left them a couple years ago. Poor service makes everything taste bad. Not to mention I know a couple franchise owners, and let them know the standards have dropped that low. We’ll it will be a couple years before I even think about this place, and I will make sure my network hears about it also. There are other alternatives to mediocre “Za”. Food and service go together. You never know who is ordering or who is coming to visit. Act accordingly. Your work ethic reflects on the whole business.
