Daddy’s Kitchen in Lalor Park is truly a gem. The best part is that it’s open 24 hours, which is such a bonus. We stopped by this place late night yesterday for some takeaway. The place is very clean and hygienic, and the food tastes delicious and homely no excess oil or heavy spices, just perfectly balanced flavours. The staff are very friendly and amazing, which makes the experience even better. The cardamom tea is absolutely amazing and a must-try. The menu changes every day so have a look at their website. It’s mostly a takeaway-only spot, and parking is a bit limited, but apart from that, everything is spot on. Definitely a reliable go-to for comforting food anytime of the day or night.

Massive thanks to Daadi’s Kitchen for providing spectacular catering for our Kirtan event at home last week!
In the morning they delivered pre made tea thermos’s with Mixed Pakora and Besan Barfi. Lunch was delivered later- complete with Roti, Salads, Raita and Achaar.
The food was delicious, home cooked style and thoroughly enjoyed by all with many compliments during the day.
The 2 agreed upon delivery times were spot on and made the event hassle free. We were saved a lot of work by being able to serve the food as it was delivered because they were conveniently packed in serving trays and insulated pots. The deliveries were very convenient, and made better by the pick up service, after we let them know the event was finished.
Would highly recommend Daadi’s kitchen for your next event. They provide high quality, with unbeatable convenience.

Listen to me right now and listen up good. All my life from my mum, my sisters, my brother, my mother in law, my brothers wife EVERYONE LISTEN EVERYONE has cooked for me because I am disabled, and nobody has ever cooked me food that has been so DELICIOUS. I have never tasted such flavour, such love and such care in my food. It really feels like my own daadi made it for me. I ate this food for a week straight and I only stopped because i went on a holiday. I am now back and I have the sincerest intention to drain my bank account for this.
I highly recommend the paneer and the samosas.

I had gone to Daddi’s Kitchen to get dinner, but they checked my tiffin and didn’t give me the food properly. The rotis were not complete either. When I called them, the lady told me to come and collect our roti.
When I went back there, there were two girls from the staff. They said they had not even picked up my call and accused me of calling some other restaurant. On top of that, they were blaming me instead. The staff has absolutely no sense of how to speak properly to customers and when I arrived their one girl said to another just give him 4 roti I just fell that roude behaviour . They even said, “You came to take your roti, so take it,” and they did not accept their mistake.
Later, another girl came out from inside and admitted that she had picked up the call, but she also said that the staff does not work properly and is very slow.

Today I visited Dadi’s Kitchen around 10:15pm and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. There were many customers waiting in line, but one staff member allowed her boyfriend to skip the queue and go inside ahead of everyone else. He purchased several items while others who had arrived earlier were still waiting. This felt unfair to all the customers standing patiently.
There were also many customers waiting to be served, but the same staff member seemed more focused on unnecessary personal conversations with her friend rather than attending to customers properly.
I would like to mention that the rest of the staff were professional and handling customers well. The issue was only with one particular staff member.
I hope management ensures fair treatment and better professionalism in the future.
Customer sevice should be the utmost priority.

Need to learn from the shop how to grow business positively. I followed them when they had only one store and now I can see many. Food quality and order processing, everything was in place as expected. I admit that I have read reviews before going there and was thinking must be poor quality but food quality was amazing and beyond expectation. Pretty busy they are so have to be patient. Being busy gave me affirmation that atleast, I would get fresh things not stale. And as a result a delicious paneer curry evening

We went to Dadi’s Kitchen very late at night and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing the vegetarian food was! Loved the paneer curry and the chana masala — everything tasted very fresh. The chapatis were soft and delicious too. They honestly have some of the best tea in Sydney! The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best places for authentic Indian home-cooked meals.
