Great food, great service, and cool atmosphere! My friend and I split the street tacos, damn good. We did half shrimp and half brisket. Then we each got a side salad.

Place was fantastic. Very surprised to see a place of this quality in Sidney. The Calamari we had as an appetizer was incredibly tender and flavorful. The chicken parm I had was very good as well. The pasta was fresh, the chicken was hand breaded and delicious, crispy yet tender. I’m impressed. Great job! Service was good too!

Great atmosphere. Many windows very bright. The bar has a huge selection of Liquors and beers on tap. Some of the food is Touch and Go. Half of the appetizers are very very good and the other half are mediocre. It’s about the same with the entrees. It is always cold in the bar or restaurant. If you have a sensitivity to temperature bring a coat.

The food was great (as usual). There were new menu items compared to the last time I was there. It’s always refreshing to have new items from time to time. The waitress forgot about us a couple of times, but she was very friendly and got our order right and brought our food to us in a timely manner. She did check back to make sure we were satisfied with our order, but we did have to go up to the bar to order an after dinner drink. I would still recommend going there.

First of all, our waiter was amazing! He was on top of it and very nice so non of this was his fault and he took our 17 top reservation very well. I got the country fried steak with mashed potatoes, the mashed potatoes tasted artificial and had the texture of instant mashed potatoes. The steak was alright but a lot of fried breading and it was HUGE! I saw other people get chicken Parmesan and they said that it was not that great and not a lot sauce. Someone got a pizza and didn’t like it. The atmosphere was alright though.

Extremely disappointed. I have eaten here a few times in the past and I will honestly say it’s normally been pretty good if not better than most places but tonight’s experience definitely changed my mind on possibly returning in the future. The wait staff were very nice. We tried to be understanding but we waited for our food for 2 hours when our food was received everything was cold. We spoke with our waiter about this and he went to go get a manager which was greatly appreciated when the manager came out she said she would make it right and make sure everything was heated. When we did finally receive our food back the crab was dry and the stakes were overcooked to a point that they tasted horrible. This was extremely disappointing as we were meeting a friend and wanted to treat them to a nice dinner. We Spent $308 There was no offer to discount the food and nobody checked in with us after we received our food back. I feel like this situation could have been managed much better and when you pay that much for 3 people eating you do expect things to at least be good. Sorry to leave a negative review.

Took an hour to get my entree, the place overall was super cold, especially for dressing warmer for the summer climate.
Asked for beer cheese that they used to serve with their awesome pretzel (that came off the menu due to new ownership) and got NACHO CHEESE instead.
The food was still tasty for the most part but for going here for my birthday I was really, really disappointed. 🙁

We spent over $200 on 3 people and nothing was right. The waiter was pleasant and I know it’s not his fault. The Food quality was ridiculous. For example the Mac and cheese was the off brand of Kraft. The cheese sauce still had powder chunks, was bland and runny. The soup was from a can as the preservatives overpowered any other flavor. Desserts were bland. I had a key lime pie which was more like a cream pie, no lime flavor at all. I did the special and the shrimp were over cooked and rubbery while my steak was frozen in the middle and did not come with onions or mushrooms as stated on the board. The bread was a nice touch. We actually paid with a person this time instead of just putting money on the counter after 45 minutes of waiting for anyone to check us out. Nothing like the Black Iron Grill.
