First Fair Fargo day above 32 degrees in weeks. Just interviewed for a job at the to be opened soon Taco Johns trans the street. Wanted some hot decaf before the eighty minute bus and foot trip home.
Hanna with a sincere smile asked me for my order, and climbed above and beyond when I asked for water with no ice, and she responded by asking gracefully, “What size?” Well, that took my breath away, and as it turns out, I found a comfortable chair in which to recover from the exceptional guest service.
Some of music is not to my liking, yet some is; but as the Romans said quite a while ago, when it comes to taste, no use arguing.
Ginnie has a fantastic smile.

I recently utilized the drive-thru service shortly before closing and was met with exceptional enthusiasm. The entire staff engaged in a pleasant conversation while I placed my order for iced coffee, offering helpful suggestions for customizing it, including various sizes and cold foam flavor options. I was previously unaware of the availability of flavors beyond vanilla. The closing staff at this location is remarkably friendly, and I will certainly return if I am back in the area.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a little over a year, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best locations I’ve ever visited… at least when the manager isn’t present. Since he was hired about 7–8 months ago, the atmosphere has noticeably shifted. While I don’t know his name, his presence is consistently draining, both for the staff and for customers who pick up on the tension. He often addresses minor issues in front of customers and coworkers, which comes across as belittling rather than constructive. His demeanor rarely reflects positivity he seldom smiles and instead projects irritation or annoyance on a daily basis. Of course, everyone has difficult days, but when negativity becomes the default, it sets the tone for the entire environment. The irony is that the team itself is incredible!!! hardworking, upbeat, quick to fix mistakes, and always going out of their way to provide a great experience. Their energy and professionalism are what keep me coming back. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior undermines that effort, overshadowing the great work his staff consistently delivers. If someone dislikes their job so much that it shows every day, perhaps it’s time for them to reconsider whether this is the right role. A team this good deserves leadership that uplifts, not leadership that wears them down!!!
To the male manager at this location. Do better for your staff and your customers. they are what make your job possible. If you can’t simply show up with a smile for at-least half the day, projecting your issues is a pretty miserable environment to be in.

Witnessed an unpleasant experience here. There was a customer who seemed upset and were fairly disruptive but nothing said seemed untrue or vulgar. The staff responded with literal name calling. Unbelievably unprofessional and set an uncomfortable setting. There are so many coffee places in Fargo don’t go here if you actually want to enjoy yourself

Mobile order. Two Venti drinks, one cold and one hot, both made right. The staff is helpful and courteous. You have outside and inside seating. The inside seating has a warm feeling with the decorations for the holidays. The drive thru is not set up well you have two entrances making it confusing for ppl when they get to the front.

It’s a Starbucks so you know what to expect. It’s a new location but the service was still good. It didn’t feel new at all. The inside looks cozy and there is high seating and low seating. Both times I’ve went so far, I’ve ordered ahead and it was on time and no wait. I didn’t have to interact with the employees much, so I can’t speak on behalf of that yet. As soon as I do, I will update this.
