This place has some of the best subs I’ve ever had in my life. The food is always cooked fresh and I feel it’s a decent portion for the price. They’re loaded fries and the city cheesesteak is my go-to. Would definitely recommend this place. I would recommend calling and ordering ahead, it usually takes about 20 minutes for them to cook it.

The workers are nice but have zero sense of urgency. 20-25 minutes quickly turned into an hour and the food turned out to not be correct and my loaded waffle fries were cold as they had been sitting on the shelf for 20 minutes. I ordered a sandwhich that had multiple meats and only one type turned out on it. I was disappointed and asked for my money back, but was given my order after being asked to “wait 30 seconds” it wasn’t and I didn’t push the refund. The taste wasn’t worth it and my companions food was ok, but cold. I hope they get better as they seem new, though I won’t try this location again.

Good flavors, small portions for the price, 10 bucks for a small sandwich with a few fries, very light takeout box. 20 minute wait for sandwiches, maybe longer for wings so heads up on that. We ordered at the Chinese restaurant next door at the same time because we were really hungry and heard they were really good, nice prices, and fast but wanted to try Subcity because we really like Penn Station but it’s a drive. We were eating Chinese in the car when our sandwiches were ready and ate that instead after trying the sandwiches. Might eat the rest of them tomorrow, but but not worth it for us for the portions/price.

The reviews in my case where 100% spot on!! The wings are the best in the area, fresh cut fries are delicious! The Chicken, streak and shrimp with potatoes we definitely different, So flipping good! I’m just mad I didn’t try subcity sooner.. lol I almost called the store to say how great the wings are.

Ordered a few times on door dash and the wings and subs were always delicious. Came in for my first time today and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend trying. They may be a bit short staffed but I wouldn’t hold that against them as they are attentive and work hard.

If you are really hungry, don’t go here. There was only one person working the whole store and then finally another employee showed up. Took 35 minutes for 2 subs that were overpriced. Then, they hardly have any selection for drinks so I had to stop at another store to get a Diet Pepsi. This was my first time trying them and I won’t be back. The food was ok, but not worth paying over $10 for each sub and then waiting 35 minutes.

Started coming here when they first opened and can’t stop coming back! Just hands down tasty good food. The bowls with the potato and their wings are what hit the spot when the hunger is knockin. Highly recommended!
