Let me just say that I generally love Panara Bread. Their food is wholesome, savory and considered comfort food, which I enjoy and so does my family. I have been to this particular one on several occasions but it does all depend on the workers they have that day and on 01/17/2026 , the staff that day were lazy and rude and inconsistent with what and how much goes into the sandwiches and soup. My French onion soup had no cheese in it. My sandwich lacked what goes on a sandwich, to make it a sandwich. Basically it was just bread with a few peppers and three pieces of steak, not even large pieces. They didn’t give up our cups and then tried to tell us we don’t get any. When we finally receive our drink cups, that we paid for, the green tea drink we ordered was empty. It was rotating an epty dispenser. We ended up getting their lemonade and agava drink and it was horrible. It tasted like bitter lime juice and no hint of any agava. The dispenser kept sticking and there was sticky liquid all over the counter and floor that no one attempted to clean or fix. Multiple people obviously had had the same issue with the dispenser because the floor showed it before even using it. Then before my daughter attempted to check her sandwich, she notices the lack of avocado on her bacon, turkey avacado sandwich on rye, is lacking avacado . One tiny slice of avacado was on her entire sandwich. The tables were dirty and there were no papertowel or anything to wipe your hands off in the bathroom . Definitely not what Im used to. Your Saturday staff lacked in performance and cleanliness, but they sure do talk alot amongst themselves. Apparently they cant talk and perform their job at the same time.

I got the garden avo and egg white sandwich and a pomegranate hibiscus tea. The sandwich was good, but it only had one small slice of avocado. The tea I ended up giving to my sister because it didn’t really have a taste to me.
The bread was toasted nicely, but I just wish there was more avocado. And I wish the tea was more flavorful. Staff were nice and friendly, and they got my order out fast.
Edit: also, my sister got a drink from the iced tea dispenser, reasonably thinking it was iced tea. It was coffee

Been here a few times in the past couple of months. The staff is friendly, everything seems pretty tidy, and the tomato soup at this location specifically is perfect! Never had to wait long for my order either. I’ll be back!

Order a BLT with extra bacon plus cucumber. The “Extra” bacon was actually less than the “Regular” bacon on the sandwich I ordered last time. 2 TINY little pieces on each sandwich half. The person making the sandwich must have been extremely lazy today. All of the tomato slices were stacked together instead of spread out on the sandwich, same with the cucumber slices. MOST DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!

Not happy. Ordered an Tea drink, came with a ice cube with a penny frozen in the ice cube. Also ordered a Greek salad with chicken, and came with no chicken. To far of a drive to go back, no answer when I called. If you read this Panera, you might want to clean out your ice maker.
