Had a great experience at this Starbucks in Carlsbad while on vacation. My daughter and I ordered a chai latte and a double-shot espresso over ice, and both drinks were ready right when we arrived. Also had a cheese danish. The staff was very kind and pleasant, and they happily gave us water when we asked—small things, but they matter.
The space itself was a big plus: very spacious, open, and comfortable, not tight or cramped like some other locations. It felt relaxed and welcoming, which made it a nice spot to stop and enjoy our drinks. Overall, a really nice Starbucks with friendly service and a great atmosphere. We’d definitely come back when we’re in Carlsbad again. ☕️

Nice place. Drink was good as was the coffee cake. The coffee cake was light and fluffy. Drink was served in a paper cup, which surprised me at first. Turns out it is Carlsbad law. In any event, I actually liked the paper cup more.

me and my friend went to go get Starbucks today and my friends drink was made. She asked for no lemonade cause she asked for a dragon for refresh and they gave her lemonade in it but she asked for water and the lady gave her the wrong order, and then she put a whole bunch of lemonade, and my friend asked for her to go make it again, and she started rolling her eyes and she was giving her attitude and then she put food poisoning. Or she put something in the food and my Friend wasn’t pain. Her stomach hurt really bad and she couldn’t even eat and I drink some of her drink to see if it was bad and it was really nasty. And this isn’t the first time they do this.

If you prefer honest, hard working, friendly baristas, you have to visit this wonderful spacious, and well-built Starbucks. Convenient freeway access and close to the beach. Great vibe and by far the best Starbucks in all of North County!!!

Absolutely a joke of attitudes at this location. SAT SEP 20th 3:10pm. Two female barristas were extremely RUDE. Besides the fact that I have to put a lid on my own cup, one barista rolled her eyes at me bc I asked for straws for my 4 venti drinks.
The place wasting busy for them to even be frustrated or stressed. From the moment I ordered, go the moment I received my drink, i didn’t feel welcomed.
