Ordered delivery. Door dash was great, but Mililani Mc Donald’s failed to fulfill my whole order. Bag receive was sealed. Missing medium fries and Mocha frappe. No sense get Mc Donald’s delivery if not going get everything ordered and gotta go drive to a get refund or the missing stuff. Boo

It’s Christmas Eve … and I know it’s a busy day (breakfast & lunch switchover) and alot of customers … but I did a preorder on the app … for breakfast because my youngest daughter wanted sausage egg McMuffin . I promised her yesterday … but as I drove from base and almost to the McDonald’s like 10:40 it got canceled … I ordered before breakfast and lunch switch 1000 …. I told the sweet cashier she’s so nice I forgot the name lol but thank you and her manager who told me they only had 2 they can make and I was appreciated of whatever … I said thank you !!! And thanks to the staff but especially thanks to the cashier in front and the manager my daughter is so happy … little gestures & amazing customer service made my lil family happy !! #singlemomlife happy daughter & happy mom. Merry Christmas y’all! Yall start our day right

The people that work at the mauka location must hate their lives because they never smile. They make you feel like you’re bothering them when it’s actually your job to take my order! This location specifically is just a constant disappointment.

Overall, it could be better. It is what you would expect from a McDonalds franchise. However, the service is more focused on drive-thru than it is on dining-in. So, don’t expect much service dining in nor enjoy much of a clean environment inside. I’ll probably just stick to drive-thru from here on out, especially at this particular location.

The worst experience from the supervisor on duty. She yelled at me after I was complaining about my missing chicken McNuggets . We called multiple times prior to coming back down but no answer. She said she yelled because I was raising my voice. She refused to give her name, and the other male worker also refused. Very horrible experience, and terrible customer service!

I didn’t have my phone with me … entering establishment was not as pleasant as expected … and when I used the toilet house immediately entering it stunk ! The wash basin was yucky looking and the dryer to dry your hands was intermittent , there’s no other option … unless you like your hands wet to wipe on your own clothes ?!

If you plan to dine in, be aware that all orders must be placed through the kiosk. Walk-in customers are not greeted or acknowledged, and you have to go out of your way to get an employee’s attention if you need assistance. Even then, it feels like helping customers is an inconvenience. Overall, the service comes across as unwelcoming, which makes the dine-in experience disappointing.

Wow. McDonald’s, your at a all time low this week with major mess ups. Im not one to complain but this week was such a disaster. Couple days ago, Wahiawa McDonald’s* messed up the order my husband picked up for dinner. Two missing apple pies, MAJORLY undercooked 10 pcs. Chicken McNuggets, AND missing cheese on my Big Mac! To make things even worse, Mililani Mauka McDonald’s messed up the order my mom got us Wednesday for breakfast. Her sausage and egg McMuffin was fine but my McGriddle had NOTHING inside. Yeah, NOTHING. My mom ended up giving me her sausage patty because she felt bad for me, she said she at least had the egg and cheese. By the way MM McDonald’s, she took the HANDIVAN there too!! I called the McDonald’s but nobody answered the phone I understand people make mistakes but two major mess ups days apart is unacceptable. Please improve how you handle what’s being put out, because good money is being paid to you, pick up to answer the phone(that would be nice) Offer a free something for the mistake- especially since a meal was ruined and it costs time and money to drive back!!! Stressful too!

The Mililani Mauka location is the absolute worst ever. The restaurant is geared to serve drive-thru customers. People in front of me were waiting 15 minutes without anyone taking their orders. Focus was primarily drive-thru, and walk-ins were almost invisible. This is no way to operate a business!
