This Specific location is like no other we’ve been too. You walk and and immediately you a greeted which is unheard of and being from New York City that warm hospitality throws you off a bit but it’s the reason we return. Staff here is awesome! They all have the best attitude and the owner should be thrilled to have this staff. Sandwiches are made with care and precision. Coming from New York going to Pennsylvania we always stop by the place. We’ve tried other Jersey mikes locally and in other places and no other place comes close to this one. OWNER GIVE EACH ONE OF THESE WORKERS A BONUS BECAUSE THEY FREAKING DESERVE IT! Extra bananas peppers please. Thanks.

I gotta give this staff team a shoutout. They were hustling!!! I’m super impressed with this particular location. The employees had a great attitude and were courteous. Awesome shop, people here are hard workers and have a great energy to them. Super friendly and excellent customer service. Helped me out, we’re enthusiastic and didn’t take long to make my sub. Great selection and probably the cleanest chain joint I’ve been in.

Decided to stop here for lunch today….. This was a newer construction shopping center so I decided to stop by here during my travels. Lunch was not that bad. I got a Turkey and cheese sandwich. Got a jump start on the holidays with the turkey. Good service, new construction store, good food… I would recommend…

Would give zero stars if possible. The order was $65 and everything was completely wrong. I’m not referring to small inconvenient details incorrect. The sandwiches were completely different. My wife ordered a cold sub and received a chicken cheesesteak. This store is completely unorganized and to add a cherry on top the app which you can order ahead on does not offer the option to request a refund or report issues with the order. This store does not offer a refund if they make your order incorrectly. Do not order from this store it is not worth it, make the sandwich yourself or please get something else to eat. Thank you.
