Super cute, family- and veteran-owned spot! Amazing buttery croissants, delicate macarons, beautiful desserts, and perfectly crafted coffee in a cozy, modern space. Special to Izze for the great service, you are so kind and amazing.

From the very first bite, Ollio Patisserie impresses with its exceptionally delicious bakery items. Every pastry here is clearly crafted with care and high-quality ingredients from the flaky, buttery croissants to the bright, flavorful macarons.

Very welcoming and friendly service. I got the lavender latte and it was delicious. The croissants were perfectly flaky.

I recently visited Ollio Patisserie, and it was an absolute delight! I tried both the almond croissant and the chocolate croissant, and they were huge—definitely a worth the price. The almond croissant was flaky and buttery, with a perfect balance of sweetness, while the chocolate croissant was filled with rich, melty chocolate that was simply perfect. They also had a large selection for macarons. We got the cookies and cream and red velvet which were very good.

The atmosphere was charming, and the staff were friendly and eager to help. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a pastry with a cup of coffee. Ollio Patisserie is a must-visit! I can’t wait to go back and try more of their amazing pastries. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were talking about the croissants that we had in Europe (with orange marmalade) and how we could not get the same quality here. I found this place and ordered two croissants. They were huge. Crusty top and soft and fluffy inside. As good as any that I had in Europe or big cities that I have lived in. I also had a latte that was really good.

Been open only one week. The workers were nice & I ordered an iced matcha latte. The good thing is that it’s unsweetened so you can tailor it your own preference. There is also a punch card for drinks as well. Colorful macaron selection too.

The disappointing factor is that they don’t make that many breakfast berry croissants for the weekend. I came 10AM Sunday & they were already sold out.

It’s the croissants for me! Very happy they have a store front off Preston now. There’s not many options for a fresh baked croissant in Frisco and I would previously wait until the weekend to get Ollio croissants at the Frisco Farmers Market. It’s great to have this option now and it’s open until 4pm each day. I’ve tried the butter, chocolate, almond, berry almond, and pistachio croissants. They have a flakey crispy outside and soft, layered, chewy inside. Berry almond is my favorite but all are delicious. They have a variety of other pastries, but I have not tried them because I’m just obsessed with the croissants. In fact, I’m eating a berry croissant as I’m typing this. Ollio is definitely a spot to check out in Frisco.

Went at 730am. Bought 4 different pastries. Most were stale. They don’t have actual sticky buns, just cinnamon rolls with a pecan glaze. Real sticky buns have so much texture and this simplified version doesn’t cut it

I was eager to check out the new patisserie in my neighborhood and decided to try their Chocolate Croissant. Sadly, it fell short of expectations. Instead of the flaky, buttery layers I was looking forward to, it had more of a dense, bready texture, with a dry chocolate bar in the middle. For $5.50, I expected a higher quality experience. A bit disappointing, though maybe it would taste better toasted.

Ollio is amazing. Very clean, great atmosphere, and very friendly staff.
I didn’t catch her name, but the daughter was there working and said her mom makes all the pastries and macarons from scratch. You can tell, it’s all delicious!
