We ordered a large founders, large Pep, med. cheese and 4 BigDon sub’s. The pizzas are not cooked all the way like they use to be. Our subs we order 2 without cheese and 2 without tomatoes. Apparently if you make changes they do not put the dressing on either. I’ve tried to call to talk to the manager but it’s all automated and the person kept over talking me from the phone bank. I hung up and we promise to never order again. I never like giving bad reviews because it is usually solved with retraining staff or just talking to them.

Terrible customer service. Me and a guy had been waiting in line for several minutes while the Donatos worker was taking a man’s order in the store. It took a long time but me and the other guy were very patient and weren’t complaining. We both placed our orders ahead of time and was just there to pick up. All of a sudden a guy walks in cuts all of us (he was not a delivery driver he just didn’t want to wait in line). He says his name and she gives him his order after we were already in line patiently waiting for several minutes. When I asked her why he was able to be helped when we had been here already she said he has a pick up order and I told her me and the other guy have pick up orders as well and she just shrugged her shoulder and said oh well. I asked for a refund and placed my order again at the Pickerington location. It’s the customer service rep job to tell the guy that there’s a line and people are in front of him none of that was done and she had a terrible attitude. I will never return to this location.

Order 2 large pizzas lastnite for my family just to realize one of the pizzas wasn’t completely done and my family been on the toliet all night tried calling up there to talk to Manager to tell them the issue and they put me on hold and no one ever answered !!!! We ordered a pepperoni with the Hot Honey drizzle on top but however I picked up a smoked filled cigarette tasting and smelling pizza when I got home. I THOUGHT I was smelling something weird when I was driving home, but I just thought it had to be the car at the red light, because we don’t smoke and there’s no way it could be a pizza that’s just stupid. So when I arrived at my home and went in the kitchen I noticed that same same following me. I turn to my husband to say ” Do you smell that? ” He looks at me like what in the world is that hideous smell , I quickly run to my car like ” Now my car smells the same way! ” and quickly I shout ” THE House Stinks Too!” OMG so I then take a bite of the Pizza Only to be disappointed and disgusted by it tasting and smelling like I just tested some cigarettes ( I Spit I it out quickly)
My husband was not as lucky he had no idea, he swallowed his 1st bite, and then stopped. He is horrified by that experience.
He attempted to call back several times.
The manager didn’t want to speak to us.
They first said that door dash picked our pizza up ( not true)
The manger would would not come to phone.
We were told that they don’t smoke at this location.
They said they can’t refund our money back.
I also have noticed I’m not the only one that has complained about pizza tasting like smoke, so I would suggest that Donatos listen to this comment!!

I attended my niece’s baby shower at this location. The party room was located downstairs, there was no direction on doing so, and when you asked one of the attendants, they seemed to be a little disgruntled. They were supposed to bring pizza and soda, and the baby shower started at 3:30, which they knew, and it took them 2 hours to get us pizza and pop. Then, once the pizza and pop came, the floor started leaking water, and the water started coming into the room, which we were in, and the bathrooms were dirty. I really wouldn’t get this place any stars, but the food was okay.

Redemption. I had another bad experience earlier this week but it just so happened that the general manager was there. Not only did he make it right he told me to come back and get a free meal and it did not disappoint. I haven’t had a Big Don Italian taste as good in years. No more pickerington drives
