absolutely love this establishment. the staff is always kind & welcoming and the food is always fresh & hot. when something runs out they’ll quickly make some more with a simple kind request and always get my crazy to-go order ready with 0 problems. my fiancé and i love this place

Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience for our family. A lot of the food tasted old or freezer-burned, especially the desserts (the puff pastries in particular). Within hours of eating here, all six of us ended up with extreme upset stomachs that lasted three days, and my son ultimately had to be taken to the doctor. I would not be leaving this review if we hadn’t gotten sick.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk experience was disappointingly unwelcoming. The tall, heavier-set man at the entrance showed no greeting, no smile, and no sense of hospitality. He initially started walking us toward a regular table. That’s when I asked if we could have a booth instead. He immediately said it wouldn’t fit us.

I explained that it was fine if the boys sat separately, as I had recently undergone major surgery and needed a more comfortable seating arrangement. I shouldn’t have had to justify that and I didn’t. After that request, he clearly seemed annoyed and went to speak with the manager before seating us at the booth anyway.

Our waitress was the only bright spot — she was amazing, attentive, and kept our drinks filled.

Unfortunately, good service cannot make up for poor food quality and food safety concerns. You could taste the freezer burn in multiple items, especially the desserts. This was our first buffet visit in years, and it ended with all of us getting sick.

The sushi absolutely awful. I would not let my children eat it after trying it to see if it was good for them. That did not taste like fresh fish.
I did not want a chance of them getting bad raw fish. Not even that it wasn’t cold it Was room temperature, Which I’m sure it is fine for a little bit, but my raw fish should not be warm And sweating.

Unless the food quality and freshness improve, I do not recommend this place.

Have been here couple of times. Noodles were gone. Mushrooms nearly gone and sitting out too long. Egg rolls OK. Spring rolls turned to mush after you bite into it. General Tsos chicken had a lot of crust, not a lot of chicken. Cookies on dessert bar had bland taste. Moisture content to high. Two times I have been there were about the same. Usually show up about 7pm. Only plus was they were open on Christmas Eve. Will not be back a third time.

The food used to be really good here and over the past year it has declined drastically. The host and the waiters are not welcoming or friendly in the least bit. On top of that, our server charged us 15% gratuity on our bill. Yes we had a table of 9 but 4 of those were small children. We did not ask for refills or make a mess, in fact, most of the plates were not even cleaned up off of our table. I was highly disappointed in the gratuity. This is a buffet, not full service. We most likely won’t ever come back sadly.

My son and I made the mistake of trying this place. Their general tsos chicken was 10% chicken and the rest was sugar. My son ate a crawfish and swears he inhaled some dust. There was skewered chicken that we are not even sure was chicken. They even messed up the cake which tasted like cardboard. The only good thing was the ice cream and they don’t even make that.

Old gentleman sitting at pay area was so unfriendly when walking in and out waiter/busboy never spoke a word. No please and thank you at all! Don’t they work for tips??? Food was actually hot and fresh but so crowded and I’m not gonna fight like hogs to get a crab ragoon. Probably won’t go back.

1st thing that hits you when you enter is the smell & it’s NOT a good one. Should have turned around & left but stayed anyway. 1pm for lunch & everything I tried on the buffet was cold & old. Pepsi products for beverages so ordered tea but only sweet & low or sugar. Service was lackluster as well. One & done for me. Yuck.
