Took about 10 mins to receive food. Fries over seasoned. Food wasn’t hot compared to the wait. And the chicken strip looks as if it was broken in half. Callled to restaurant because I used drive through and didn’t check until I was getting ready to eat.

Sorry excuse of an establishment. Had us wait just for the food not to be fresh AT ALL . They barely gave us any fries. They better off just shutting down! Also, Their menu said that wings come with one side & medium drink but cashier argued that it wasn’t correct when we were clearly looking at it .

Why is it so difficult to just get what you order? I was even asked to pull forward and wait… yet my order still wasn’t right. The chicken and biscuits were under cooked and the sweet corn over cooked!!! Close and conduct retraining for all employees. There’s more bread than meat on the drumsticks.

Very Good Buffet at this location. They will ask you to tell them if you want something not there. Particular pieces of chicken , more biscuits and slaw . Also don’t forget the peach pie. I have Recently tried the $20.00 FILL-UP BOX , I must say that this is a HOME RUN for KFC ! IT WAS DEFINITELY DELICIOUS HOT AND FRESH-UP ! It contained 4 pieces of Chicken , A whole large tray containing chicken nuggets , Also had 4 biscuits and 4 different dipping sauces. Also last but not least large tray containing their delicious French Fries. Excellent Job KFC ! THANKS FOR THE HARD WORK and Thanks Again !

Horrible, horrible, horrible. First off the smallest tenders I’ve ever had so dark probably from dirty unchanged oil. And super dry and hard like they have just been sitting out for hours I took one bite and it was like I was bout to break my tooth so I didn’t even car to eat the rest opened the mashed potatoes and the “gravy” that I told them I didn’t even want was so thick it stuck with the mashed potatoes whielt I could hold the cup upside down.
Apparently they are always out of sandwiches only have regular chicken and tenders too

A grotesque display of fast food. The lack of sense of urgency is unmatched. Waited nearly 1 hr for my order that only consisted of 5 pieces of chicken and a few sides and kids meal my total was nearly 33 dollars.Just for me to drive 5 mins down the road and find my box is wet from oil and falling apart. The chicken is mushy; the Mac and cheese lid wasn’t on correctly that when I pulled out my box from the bag everything fell through the box. It was and has been by the far the worst experience I have ever experience from a KFC. I understand being shorthanded but there was absolutely no excuse.

Never Again, the chicken was mushy. I never had kfc chicken to be mushy it was literally falling apart. I ordered a family size meal, and they will give you a cup serving of food to feed a family of four. It’s not like how it used to be. You had enough to feed your family and had some leftovers not at this location. Three workers came in on a Sunday after church, NEVER AGAIN! YES, they were busy. Yes, the tables needed to be wiped down, and yes, the drink machine was out of certain beverages. Yes, the oil needed to be changed. My nuggets were soaked in black grease. I had to go back and reorder something else. I couldn’t stomach the mushy chicken. Unfortunately, the nuggets were nasty as well. The only things that were good were the greenbeans and the coleslaw. Sorry, KFC, yall need to make some changes with the food
