Yesterday( 2/25/26) was my first time visiting Angela’s and I was so impressed with our server I wish I caught her name.
I ordered a margarita which was phenomenal and the stromboli.
I gotta say that was the best stromboli I’ve ever had…. It’s even great the next day! I will definitely be back!

It was just a happy little accident that we ended up at this delightful place. Our original plan fell through and while looking for another Italian Restaurant we discovered Angela’s. The food was top notch. We had the sampler special for a Saturday and the toasted ravioli. Both magnificent. The garlic bread was awesome. and the service was great. We will be back

Good pizza, but a bit slow on the service.

– Stone-Oven Pizza with ham, sausage, onion, pineapple, and banana peppers: The pizza was delicious.

The dough was a great base and the parmesan cheese compliments it well. It was tough, but not in a bad way. It was still plenty soft on the inside and a pleasant enough texture.

The sauce was fairly normal, but accented well.

Their cheese is VERY stringy, but a good flavor. A lot of these Italian restaurants don’t seem to put cheese on top to “glue” the toppings in place and Angela’s is no exception. The toppings were huge and generous, but rolling everywhere because there was nothing to hold it in place.

Toppings were large and generous. I often pick pineapple to test the toppings to the limit. The pineapple was not well drained, but the crust was rugged enough to take it without getting to soggy. At the end, it was starting to get soggy, though. Might be a concern if you are taking it home.

– Garlic Cheese Bread: Again, the cheese was VERY stringy, but tasty. The cheese was also a lot more generous on the bread than the pizza. If you like cheese, you’ll love it. I like balance, so it was not my preference. Still good garlic bread, though. The garlic was about right.

– Service: We were figuring out what to order, which took 5 minutes. After that, we waited 10 minutes to actually have our order taken. The wait for the food after that was about what you’d expect for pizza, though. It was a Friday night, but it was slow this Friday night.

I try to remain unnoticed when taking pictures, especially of the menu. It gives it away that I am a local guide. However, I think I was noticed. I was given a paper copy of the menu to take home. That is why I have two different menus pictured. Choose which version you’d like to reference. HA HA!

– Atmosphere: Very charming Italian artwork and lighting. Cheerful and bright colors. The seating consist of benches without cushioning, but not too uncomfortable. It was clean and maintained well. The kitchen is open to view and that lends itself to transparency as well as waitresses seeing the customers better (though we were still waiting a bit).

I would recommend this place overall. My friend visiting with me has been there several other times and generally likes it (we were there at his recommendation).

Visited Friday 5-6pm and it was slow.

Update 11//22/24 ordered chicken primavera. They were busy. Our server was friendly. Salad came out with drink right away. Food took a few minutes to come out. Dish looked very good. Taste wise it was ok.. sauce was soupy. Wanted to see it much more thicker. Broccoli was cooked well. Not sure i would order this dish again.Updare 12/9/23.. brought wife back to try the italian sampler. Full course with the salad, garlic bread. With lasanga, manicotti and a connelli…spelled that wrong..it came out super hot. Was plenty of sauce and cheese topped with. It was good….for the price it was a great value. So many other things on the menu to try yet. Our surver was friendly, attentive, and quick. Update 12/08/23. We ordered the meat stromboli to share. I was able to eat my half. Aidan ate half of his half and took a box for the rest. The stromboli was full of meat n cheese and was very good. We got a side of pizza sauce to dip. They offered ranch too but we declined. Still many things off the menue i want to try and update this feed. Update 11/17.. well came back again trying something new. We had a taco bowl and a delux wet burrito.. food tastes good and again the portions were huge!! Definitely recommend this place… a hidden gem for others outside of sparta. So many other things i want to try yet. My 1st experience here! Service was good. Portions were good and not overpriced.. deluxe pizza was good..could have used a little more sause…others at table felt there items were a little dry but still tasted excellent…I will be back

Great Italian Restaurant. Garlic Bread is always good, as are thier subs. Angelas sauce is a sweeter sauce than your average Italian cuisine. Pizzas and Stromboli are great. Pasta can be a bit oily in my opinion. Good Restaurant for a date or for a dinner with the family.

Before eating here, it was easy to choose my favorite Italian food. It’s in Wichita Falls, Texas at a place called Luigi’ Angela’s has *Now matched them with an amazing Stromboli. It’s second to none.

Went with a friend for lunch. The tables were all dirty, and the lunch buffet was dried up and almost gone. We ended up each getting a taco salad and that was fairly good. Seemed like there was only one waitress, which is odd because it was supposed to be a lunch buffet

Today we ordered the best pizza from here. It was a chicken Alfredo pizza with extra garlic, mushrooms on half, light cheese, and cooked extra well. It was excellent! We will definitely be returning in the future. The service was friendly and wonderful as well.
