Last 2 experiences were so awful I’d rather eat out the food court. Turkey sandwich made me so sick 1 day. The workers must be overworked because their never happy nice or smiling just cordial enough to take your order except for Tony. He’s the ONLY worker there that smiles.
I came in on a late Wednesday evening 5pm. Only 2 tables why the girls servers seem so tired & overwhelmed. I sat at the bar & watched them all cough & sneeze but went into the kitchen to blow the nose!!! SMH I knew then outside of the 1 rating customer service I would NEVER spend my $$ in there again. So sad…find another job if you don’t like yours. We don’t want attitudes for servers.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. We got the calamari, spinach artichoke dip. Pepperoni pizza and truffle pizza. 10/10! That spinach artichoke dip reigned supreme. You can tell Chef Bennie Terry really took his time and put love into this food. I will be back!

Lunch outing with coworkers. My first time dining. We had the Brussel sprouts and crab cake appetizers, tomato soup, lobster bisque , grilled cheese, turkey club, and French dip. Our server Che was fantastic! She gave us great recommendations and everything tasted delicious. We also got the bread pudding dessert. Highly recommend!

Ruscello, a hidden gem. I have lived in the ATL, off and on for 12 years total and I visit 2-3 times a year. We always stay in the Perimeter area. Met up with a great friend, for lunch, and she suggested Ruscello. Why have I never eaten here before? it was very quiet, a little fancy, with excellent service… and an amazing Wild Salmon Nicoise Salad (recommended by my friend). That’s her “go to” at Ruscello. We were not rushed, it wasn’t crammed so not too peopley, and we were able to dine, at a slow pace, and enjoy great conversation and an amazing lunch. Next trip, AFTER a mini shopping spree, at Nordstrom, I’ll treat my husband to Ruscello’s where can unwind, enjoy a great meal with an amazing bottle of wine. Nordstrom, please never ever close Ruscello or this Nordstrom location.. Props to the chef, kitchen, our server, management and everyone else that it takes to keep Ruscello perfectly amazing. Bravo!

My daughter and I eat here a lot, the drinks are great, top tier bar mixologist, the servers are really top tier especially the young black guy that just got engaged. However we have noticed the food tastes old and precooked. Now we know why it’s never crowded there, but we noticed the food being bad the last few times. Will not eat here anymore. Lobster bisque was scraped from the bottom of the pot, turkey was old on sandwich, my daughter’s salmon was overcooked.

Chef Bennie’s culinary skills and his prep line and all of the servers are amazing! The food at Perimeter Mall’s Nordstrom Ruscello Restaurant is savory and leaves you satisfied wanting to return. Their breakfast and lunch menu offer a variety of robust options! If you shop at Nordstrom, take a break and stop by the restaurant! You will not be disappointed!

I love going here – great food and very convenient when you are shopping. I usually choose salad, but today I had the Flat Iron Grill Steak which hit the spot. I have always had great service and this Muddled Blackberry Lemonade was amazing!!!!
