I will never ever go back to this location again I told the guy at the window The last time I ordered, there was barely any seasoning on my chicken so I asked could you please put a little extra seasoning on there? The girl turned the seasoning upside down and poured all over my chicken. I assumed she was just evenly covering it. The guy started to choke and I assumed it was because of the seasoning When I got my order and I got home my chicken was orange because I’m a sauce kind of a girl. At first, I did not mind it until my food became an edible because of so much heavy seasoning. Of course I could not bring my order back to the location because they are closed. Poor customer service .5 on food If I could give this less than one star, I would don’t go to this location

Food is great when they get it right. My partner stopped to get us food and they got every single order wrong. We returned and they refused to let us in for a refund/to get what we paid for. Another pickup driver was also not allowed inside and told to use drive through, which was completely backed up. Why am I being expected to go back in line when it was your mistake that made me have to come back? Incredibly rude. Acknowledged that we were at the door and then walked away. Stood in line at the drive through ON A WINTER DAY to get our order corrected. Absolutely atrocious, and will NOT be back. Saw in reviews that the lobby is intermittently locked up. That’s absolutely ridiculous and not a feasible way to run a FAST FOOD business. If you’re not going to have an open lobby, there should be signs.

Good chicken is all I can say about this restaurant. Service is horrible and the location only being drive-thru because they don’t want to be robbed is crazy. I recommend only if you are craving chicken and you don’t fear for your life, then go ahead and get that delicious bird. Im not one to be so risky….lol.

We ordered a family meal with 2 large sides only to get home with 2 small sides. I tried to call back but no answer. We had to drive back to get what I paid for. There were several people standing around in back. I waited my turn and told them that they gave me small sides instead of large. The receipt was still on the bag but he started looking through the bag as if he was going to find 2 large sides. He finally gave me 2 sides. I’ve should have offered to remake the order but he didn’t. I just took my food and left.

I only frequent this location because it’s closer than the one on university. Went last night, my wings were undercooked. Spent 15 dollars on 12 wing peices, not even whole wings. Got home and some were pink, others red inside. The service is ALWAYS terrible. ALWAYS. It’s such a hassle getting through to corporate to report this location. They need to fire everyone working there and start over.

This whole area is a spot where you can get food very quickly. There’s some traffic, but so long as you don’t get caught in a rush of high school students from Washington down the way you’ll be in & out. The employees here are very friendly & will make sure you get exactly what you ask for.

Drive thru is always an adventure. They will put someone on the microphone who isn’t strong at English. Also, I ordered spicey tenders today, and all they did was sprinkle red pepper on the outside of them and tossed them in the box. I cannot go back here after years of being a customer.

Reviewing the Ghost pepper chicken sandwich, it’s not really hot and doesn’t look like a lot of sauce was added but the chicken had a good flavor. Pickles soggy and nasty. Lot of crust
