Extremely disappointed. I usually avoid Dairy Queen, but I stopped in this time out of necessity. After placing and paying for my order, I politely asked how long it would take. The employee’s response was simply, “Don’t know.” No estimate, no explanation, no apology. That’s not acceptable customer service. If you don’t know wait times, at least show some professionalism and respect for customers’ time. I won’t be coming back.

I am beyond disappointed with the way my husband was treated at this Dairy Queen in Moses Lake.
My husband went in to pick up our order and clearly said, “Hi, I have an order for Tianna.” The cashier looked at him and immediately said to another employee, “Carlos! I need your help, He doesn’t speak English.” This assumption was made solely based on his skin color. My husband speaks English fluently and clearly.
When I personally went inside to speak to the manager, they tried to excuse it by saying he was “mumbling,” which is absolutely false. During the conversation, the cashier then said, “Well many of them come in and don’t speak English.” That comment alone shows clear racial profiling. In the middle of him saying that the manager raised his hand up signaling and shushing him to stop speaking.
When I asked for names, the manager refused. When I asked for the corporate number, I was given an incorrect phone number, and still No accountability, no apology.
If it was really all a misunderstanding, like they wanted to play it off as, all they would have had to do is apologize, take accountability. Do better!
This experience was disrespectful, racist, and unacceptable. Corporate needs to address this location immediately.

I really hate this DQ. I really wish there were any other option besides Baskin Robins. Every single time we get blizzards, it’s the longest wait. It took us over an hour to get our Doordash order this time. There’s always an issue and the blizzards are always sub par. I never get the extra toppings I ask for. I really don’t know why I even bother anymore. Maybe I’ll just order some quality ice cream like Umpqua from Walmart from now on. I see all these one star ratings and all the apologies from the owner but it’s like… Why don’t you make some changes? Clearly this place needs a complete do over.

food is good. but service is sooooo slow!!! and ive been here many times and its usually slow. ive seen people leave the drive thru line from the long wait.
EDIT: owner has replied to me to visit us again. LOL. i have visited many times. and its always slow. fix the problem and stop playing damage control on google reviews. you should see the 1.8 stars reviews DQ has on Yelp…

I was so dissatisfied with everything. I went October 28th around dinner time and it was all bad. First the employee working drive through was very disrespectful. I understand if you have had a bad day but you should not be working the registers where customers service is priority. I also asked for my food to be made fresh and she had a smart remark “it’s always made fresh” and in fact was not. My fries were cold and mushy, my chicken strips were very small and I asked for ranch, they gave me gravy. I had to air fry my fries. I had also asked for an additional side or ranch that I did not receive and they charge I was so disappointed and frustrated I’m never going back here again!

It was my son’s birthday and I had ordered a custom blizzard cake 2 days in advance. When I came to pick it up, the two employees just looked at each other with a confused look. Shortly after I found out that no one had made it and I had to resort to buying a normal cake which was disappointing.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve been in food for 25 years. I’ve been a crew member, manager and a corporate employee. I stood in the store for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. The drive thru attendant was in the lobby talking to friends and goofing off and not helping the line of customers in the drive thru. All the DoorDash drivers were also ignored. No one worked with a sense of urgency. I will never come back here I was also charged a round up donation. I have no idea what the donation was for nor was I asked if I wanted to donate.

I ordered a cake(Oreo cookie). You pick a time but I still had to wait 15 mins or more. The cake did not look anything like the picture ( faults advertising) it wasn’t even two inches tall and had itty bitty crumbs, a few. I will make my own from here on out. For 40$ or more I was not worth it. Very disappointed.

Not only did the prices go up on blizzards, but the quality has been horrible. We really need another DQ in this town, maybe the strive to do better will improve. The past few times I have visited this location, the service has been poor and staff have been on the rude side. This used to be a nice DQ, but lately, not so much.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. When I went to pick it up they had misspelled birthday forgetting the “r”. This is how they “fixed it”. It looks like a toddler wrote the letters and did the edging. The top of the cake isn’t level and the words aren’t straight. I wasn’t even offered a refund or discount.
