Food is always fresh made & yummy. Good sized portions. But I was disappointed that they were out of the steak for my carna Asad bowl..but the grilled chicken was moist & yummy..they have the best guacamole..the guacamole was perfect with just the right amount of spices & tomatoes & onions..there was a line of about 10 people in front of us but it moved pretty fast..

Oh, Chipotle, where do I even begin? Every time I walk in, it feels like I’ve just interrupted the staff’s meeting. The customer service is consistently chef’s kiss if we’re talking about serving up side-eye and attitude. I get it, everyone has bad days, but how is it possible that everyone on the clock is having one every single time I come in?
I ask for extra beans, and you’d think I just requested a kidney. I smile, say “thank you,” and get met with silence. The vibe? Somewhere between “we don’t want to be here” and “neither should you.”
I love Chipotle’s food, but this location’s energy is giving “unseasoned burrito with a sprinkle of disappointment.” Someone please send in a customer service refresher or at least some good vibes because this place desperately needs both.

No chicken, no black beans, no pork. And a lady who was serving who looked annoyed.
7:00 PM on a Saturday.
Immediately walked out.
Why can’t you figure out how to order enough food or get it out more consistently?
Never had this happen and I’ve been in chipotles from Md to CA to CO.

Wouldn’t it be better to have a little extra of certain items, at the end of the day, than to not have enough for many customers? This seems to be a problem here. And problem number two… Edgar marked a meat burrito as veggie so when my veggie burrito was half eaten by my roommate, he was misled to eat that burrito that he didn’t order and I got no burrito that night, that I was really looking forward to! You have no business marking something as veggie when you’re not sure! It would be better to have not marked it at all! And the worst complaint of all, is with the online customer service that handles these store complaints. They literally ignored an issue of mine, literally not responding to it in any way shape or form, saying how much they appreciate me and that they’re going to give this feedback to the store and that they really understand how I feel. But I was asking for them to respond to whether they were going to give me additional credit for a visit that was not on the receipt. This went through to multiple representatives, even a supervisor and unbelievably, literally not one of them would answer the question as to whether I was going to get additional credit for a visit I did not have the receipt to. They wouldn’t acknowledge that I was asking for that request, they wouldn’t even so much as tell me no! And they ignored my request to be given their manager’s contact info. Hey everybody, think twice before going to a place that mistreats you, there are plenty of other places to go to.

Its okay, I mean not the best but I think theere are improvements to be made. The place is in a great spot, they def get the crowd. The food display needs to look better and more appetizing.

This location needs mature responsible adults as staff, the kids are unorganized & careless. You as a customer have to tell them how to do their job. I places an order on the app then arrived at the location and only one person working the main line, so I see my order hanging the be made on the to go side so i go to bj’s to pickup and went back to chipotle and they still havent made my order and the receipt is gone so I had to tell the girl to basically make the order i know now to expect below average service and to closely watch them and unwrapped everything before leaving the store

Terrible service, this is what I got from my online order, and was told that there wasn’t anything they could do about it… not even half a salad, soggy lettuce, all of our burrito bowls were the same way. And the burrito we ordered was smaller than the kids meal. AVOID THIS LOCATION

The burrito was the most well made and the least incorrect.
The tacos just had two tortillas smashed haphazardly into the middle.
The bowl was a bowl full of the wrong meat.
