Went thru the drive thru the girl taking my order was so rude and just rushing me about every thing then after her pressing down for the order they were so busy having a conversation that didn’t even stop to get my money just opened the window hello out her hand like give it I got 2 dinners they forgot the cole slaw and I ask for honey mustard and BBQ for 8 strips got 3 sauces for everything. They were rude messed up my order every time I go there it gets worse and I always liked Lees better then KFC but going to have to look around now

Very inconsistent with food quality. Restaurant is frequently dirty, with the tea and/or drink machine leaking fairly large puddles. The biscuits were dark brown, hard, dry and inedible. The mac and cheese had hard noodles mixed in with way over cooked ones. The chicken tenders were semi edible. Half of them were too dry, the rest were actually good. The green beans were a mix of old and new. Just appeared to have been food left under a warmer too long. Manager states that their policy was to remove anything unsold after 4 hours under the warmer. FOUR hours?? She was very kind and offered to replace the meal. We opted to pass and find dinner elsewhere.

This review is directed towards the second shift crew. And the manager by the name of Branda or Brenda. Yall need to get it together on your shift. I’m in there eating 3 plus times a week whether it’s, dine in, drive thru, or carryout. I have zero issues out of day shift and the food quality is superb with great customer service. If things continue to go how they have recently with messing orders completely up, longer than usual wait times when there’s no other customers even there, and food quality issues all within the same trip upon multiple occasions and then when I call to address my concerns with no yelling, no cursing, and just asking a simple question like can’t yall read because yes I’m frustrated and have every right to be. For you to turn around and tell me that you don’t have to listen to what I have to say and straight up hang up on me like you did tells me that you shouldn’t be a manager and no wonder the service is what it is if that’s who’s “in charge”. Very unprofessional and I hope the right people see this review and make adjustments because my business is about to be lost.

Most of the time, the food is worth the wait. There is usually a long wait, but it’s because they’re making food to order. Nothing ever tastes old here. Just please, stop placing cole slaw with the hot food. It spoils it.

Took 15 mins to order my food! After ordering my food I waiting another 10-15 min to get my food! The gizzards were burnt! Asked how long to make a fresh pan the lady(manager) got rude an said 30 mins! I then asked for my money back a she got snotty again!!!! Lees needs to do better.

They are always nice & when I am running through the drive through late to feed my teens they always make sure my biscuits, wedges & tenders are fresh. I may have to wait a few minutes but I would much prefer a restaurant tell me that then to say they are out of something or serve me cold fries/food. The staff there is great & I know when I get home my teens & I are going to have a wonderful meal & the best part is I won’t have any dishes to do after either because they always throw in the 3 plates & utensils I need as well! The only thing they could do to make it perfect would be to throw in 3 cups of ice with the gallon of sweet tea!
