Stopped by to pick up an ice cream cake for dinner. Big Terrence, behind the counter, gave me huge funny attitude in response to my demand for a 50% Senior discount, and had me laughing on the floor. Thank you Terrence for making a mundane purchase a fun experience. He did write “Happy Birthday” using funny script across the cake in red. I only got the standard senior discount, and he got a $25 tip.

This location is the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The three or four time my husband and I have gotten food from here the food is never what we ordered, my fries have been raw multiple times, and the staff is always messing around (we can see them through the drive through messing with each other). If I could give negative stars, I would in a heartbeat

A blast from the past cuz my kids used to work here when they were in high school lol. Now that I have moved back about less than 5 Mi away I thought I try it. The service was fast the blizzard was amazing parking lot was clean I would certainly be back. PS that’s a pumpkin pie Blizzard and I highly recommend it

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences at your Dairy Queen location. While the location and setup are very inviting, I have visited 5–6 times over the past few months and have unfortunately had consistently poor experiences from ordering to delivery.

Specifically, the Brownie Cupfection has never met expectations. On several occasions, the brownie was frozen and impossible to eat. Additionally, we have received raw fries multiple times. Overall, the quality of the food has not matched the standard I expect from Dairy Queen.

It took an HOUR to get our complete order. We arrived at 8:30 and didn’t leave until 10.

This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Ever. I wish I was being dramatic, but I’m not.

For background, I’m normally a DQ fanatic. It’s often my favorite fast food choice, but I was extremely let down with this location.

I placed my order online to be picked up inside because I was in an antisocial mood. I ordered the 6-piece chicken strip basket with fries and two gravies (my partner and I were planning on splitting this; keep note of this for later), 2 chili cheese dogs, a kids chicken tender meal, two blizzards, and a soda.

The mobile app said our food would be ready at 8:45. I walked in and waited an extra 10-15 minutes before anyone came to help me. They served about 10 new orders for ice cream as they walked in before helping me. I was then told that the order wasn’t ready yet and it would be a little bit. I thanked them and watched as they started the order. Another 15 minutes later, I finally had my food.

I brought everything out to the car, and we all started eating. I didn’t get both of the gravies, so I went back in to ask for another. They got me another and I went back outside. When I tried dipping my chicken in it, it was cold and congealed.

My partner also noted that there were only 4 chicken tenders. Since we were sharing, I opted to go back in and mention it. I asked them if they could get me two more chicken tenders and warm up the gravy. They apologized and said they’d make me the missing chicken from the order. They immediately warmed up the gravy, and I waited 20-30 minutes (I swear I’m not making this up) for the chicken while the employees all gave me the side eye without asking me what I was waiting for. Finally, someone asked, and I got my chicken.

Of course, by the time I got back outside, the rest of my food was cold, the ice cream was melted, and the warmed up gravy was still the wrong, gross texture. To top things off, the hot dog was pathetically covered with chili and the toast wasn’t cut in triangles (triangles always taste better, and it’s a DQ signature with their toast). We ate quickly and finally left at 10 pm.

Great experience! This is the cleanest DQ. I have been in in a long time! Lots of seating and there’s also a fireplace on the inside during the winter! Outdoor seating is plentiful and comfortable with umbrellas. Plenty of parking and great visibility. Blizzards are amazing, as expected. DQ has gotten a little expensive, but they are still one of the best places to get ice cream! There is a drive-through, but I would recommend just walking in. The best blizzard is the three cookie blend. Five stars!

Just the worst experience. I just need to stop going here and put myself out of my misery.

They hire the most (with all due respect) most incompetent people you can imagine. It’s to the point where it’s impressive to how incompetent they can get people to work here. Wrong orders, literal belligerent order takers and overall awful experience.

Just go to the gas station, buy a pint of ice cream for twice the amount and punch yourself in the gut…and that will be a better experience than going here.

Every single time I go to this location it’s a horrible and unacceptable experience. This time was probably the worst. Ordered just fine, got parked for like 20 minutes, food was mostly warm when I got it. Took it home and the chicken tender basket I ordered was tossed BBQ when I ordered tossed Sweet Chill. I was very excited to try the new product. Guess I just won’t ‍ I wasn’t the only one who had a bad experience either. I saw two other customers storm off from here as well.

We had a special announcement custom cake made and the cake decorator did an amazing job. We literally just wrote down what we wanted it to say and they made it beautiful.

One negative: this store never answers the phone. I called three different times on 3 different days and they never picked up the phone. I had to drive to the store to ask the questions I wanted to ask.
