Ordered a #1 and a #4 based off employee recommendation. Flavor was delicious. Price was good. I have 2 complaints. 1) the bread was very hard, like cut the inside of your mouth hard. 2) some of the pork belly pieces were so hard I thought my teeth would break. In fact, I had to spit it out because it was just not chewable. Think rocks. Will it stop me from going back? No. Will it stop me from recommending this place? Not at all. It was delicious even if it resulted in a bloody mouth. Jk. No blood. Employees were very nice and the place was clean and smelled of fresh bread. Maybe my bread was made the day before. Who knows. But still, I’ll be back

Super delicious, authentic bahn mi at a good price. They also have real, fresh fruit (not powder / syrup) smoothies and boba incl mango, taro, strawberry, etc, along with broken rice, vermicelli bowl, and other Vietnamese dishes. Reno is lucky to have this restaurant here. And the family is so nice and friendly!!!! Will definitely be coming back often!

Best takeout Vietnamese sandwich place. Sandwich reminds me of the bay area and Sacramento. Bread is delicious and the head cheese and pate are amazing. I ordered spring rolls too.

got the #3 BBQ banh mi. there was no line and service was fast and very friendly! for $7, i expected more meat and toppings to be on the sandwich. the sandwich was DELICIOUS and tasted authentic, i just wish they didn’t skimp out on the meat. this is a good place to get vietnamese sandwiches here in reno! overall, 3/5 stars 🙂

This place has amazing food but sometimes they’re opened and others they’re closed. Kind of annoying. Food is on point though, will give them another shot.
Update: they are closed on wednesdays food is amazing!

Saw this place through online reviews and it definitely is exactly what people say on here about their food. I ordered the special banh mi and Thai tea. Hands down the best Vietnamese sandwich I’ve have had in a long time and can only think of one place in the Bay Area that’s got comparable freshly baked bread with the same crunch and chew to it but unfortunately that place only puts ham and no other meat selections in it now. I’m so happy this place got the bread and meat dialed down. Been all over Sacramento area, all over the bay but nowhere does their sandwiches as tasty as this place. Can’t wait to go back and order many of them to share with family and friends! Their Thai tea is definitely a must. They brew the real stuff.

King’s Sandwiches is fantastic! This was our first taste of Vietnamese food and it was worth it. The BBQ pork and Roasted Pork Belly sandwiches taste great and the price is reasonable. You’ve also got to try the Banh Boa thing, totally worth it. The owners and staff are very friendly as well.

First of all one of the best sandwiches, hands-down that I’ve had in Reno. The owners are so nice and so respectful. Second, their pho soup is so delicious they cook it with oxtail and they let it simmer for up to 12 hours every day. If you guys want a good sandwich and good soup highly recommend this place. this is one of my favorite places that I love going to.

literally the best Banh Mi I’ve had in years. The bread is *perfect*. Crispy crunchy on the outside and perfectly chewy soft on the inside.
My go-to banh mi shop closed years ago. I found many unsatisfactory other shops, but they all were kinda bad. Kings Sandwiches are king!!!!
The pork belly in my sandwich was magical. Soft and tender with some really great crunchy bits. Just amazing.
