I was hoping for a better experience but unfortunately the service at this location is lacking, even though the food tastes good I would avoid this location. We had ordered 4 drinks, 4 breakfast sandwiches and donut holes. We paid, they had us pull up, we waited a very long time for our drinks and food and they forgot one of our drinks and our sandwiches were incorrect. We got the 4th drink and just ate the food they gave us with no complaints. They were apologetic but if you are in a hurry don’t come here.
The sandwich tasted great, the croissant was flaky, buttery and savory! The coffee was perfectly frozen and strong.

Literally the best location I’ve visited. They are always so nice to my husband and myself. Today the manager actually walked our coffee out to the car when she seen our car pulling up. They always address my husband by his first name when he walks in. Just all around great customer service ! Reading some of these reviews, I think people expect service workers to be perfect like robots but we’re all human. Being kind and showing compassion is rare in today’s world so it’s a breath of fresh air. And to add, our coffee is always perfect !

Just got the brown sugar oat milk shake espresso and it’s way better than the other place. I don’t usually spend money on stuff like this but I had a gift card and im glad I did. It was really good.

Got a frozen coffee, sandwich and hash browns and everything was disgusting. The coffee wasn’t right somehow and tasted like dirty water, the sandwich must have been old and prepped for sometime because it was lukewarm at best and the edges of the bread were stale crunchy, not toasted crunchy. And the hash browns were also old, lukewarm and mushy. Gross all around. And worst part was I was one of two cars in the drive thru and it took almost 10 minutes to get me old, shake food.

walked in for a doordash, there was a lady already waiting so i asked had she been helped? she said no because they’ve been back there talking. i had to loudly say “ excuse me “ to get their attention. she then proceeded to say she doesn’t have my order when i can clearly see it on the screen. whoever this is with the lip piercing is rude and i wouldn’t recommend coming here at night, day shift is better.

They should tell people they use regular sugar unless we ask. Also got the nastiest hashbrowns I’ve ever ate from there. Burnt and tasted horrible I can do crispy I can’t do nasty flavor. Also the person who took my order didn’t ask if I wanted hot or cold coffee not sure if that’s normal but I’m okay with whatever coffee comes.

Awful service, slow, inaccurate order fulfillment. I just waited 20+ minutes to be handed the wrong drink (wrong size, full of sugar) then to be told to pull forward in the drive thru to wait even longer. After waiting a few more minutes I was handed half of my food order. This place is such a consistent disappointment and should close its doors until new staff is trained and hired. I won’t be returning.

Based on previous reviews, this location probably has cycling staff shifts from amazing to downright terrible. My experience was outstanding. I got a Chicken Bacon Crossiant, Avacado Toast, and 2 Pc Bagel Minis. I also had their new Coconut Milk drink and it’s decent. My mother shared the Avacado Toast, Crossiant Stuffers (Chicken, Bacon, Cheese), and also some 2 Pc Bagel Minis, with a Coconut Milk drink aswell. I am a big eater, but this meal filled me fairly quickly! It was high quality and delicious tasting, a treat to my mouthbuds!!! We also got donuts, which were not the best donuts ever but still high quality donuts. Our experience was excellent, quick, and the staff were very polite. But due to the shift changes that are likely present due to other’s experiences, this may be a in-between location overall. Thank you for your service.

Absolute worst Dunkin in Pensacola. Placed a $60 order on the app, arrived 11 minutes later, and still waited 37 minutes because the worker said she was alone and had a bad attitude. They were out of items, replaced them with donuts, but everything tasted stale and crumbled like it was days old. Customer service was no help, and I never heard back from the franchise. Will never return.
