This DQ has not changed in the last 30+years. Same brick walls. Same sweet treats. I remember riding my bike with my BFF here for ice cream when we were kids. My husband and I stopped here this evening after dinner and it was pleasantly the same! So the I was. Standing in the SV Dairy Queen tearing up remembering all the great times from childhood. I got a PBP… of course!

My family is visiting my grandparents and we were looking for a late night snack. We arrived and were greeted with a smile. Ice cream was served quickly. (Delicious of course) Clean and neat place too.
My mom paid for a box of dolly bars and forgot to grab them before leaving. She called and the manager said he would keep them for her to pick up the next day! Awesome.

Will at DQ is a reminder that true customer service still exist as well as hope for humanity. My Google pay was acting up since I left cash as well as my card at home. I stated I would just return and pay, he offered to cover my kids order and his words, “don’t worry about it, I will pay for it myself so the kids aren’t disappointed.” In this day and age, people aren’t generally that giving and kind. I was completely grateful, however, I made some changes to the app and at worse would have returned after dropping the kids home 2 cover the cost. I said, let’s try this 1 more time and it went through. All the same, Will is deserving of the amazing moment. Truly wish there were more kind hearts like his out there.

My husband, our two children, and myself stopped here spur of the moment to kill some time, on a Monday, and we seem to have hit them at a slow moment. The service we were given was polite, warm, and helpful, the two people I could see, a lovely little woman, and a nice strong Tall guy were as friendly as could be, and got our order out pretty fast. I am reminded of fond times growing up with my grandmother when she would take me to Dairy Queen for the occasional treat, and though the Dilly bars are not quite the same as when I was young, I enjoyed making wonderful new memories here with my own family now. I would recomend coming here to this Dairy Queen during their slow times to enjoy the air of taking a step back in time to your youth.

I’m a regular at this Dairy Queen, but the experience keeps getting worse. They’re constantly out of ingredients—this time, no Reese’s Pieces and no cookie dough, which makes it hard to ever get what I actually came for. This happens almost every week.
The employee offered me a choice from the menu, and after I confirmed the item I wanted, she immediately asked what I wanted again, which made it clear she hadn’t been listening in the first place. When I pulled up to the window, she handed me the Blizzard, but I pointed out that the size was wrong. Without saying anything, she voided the charge and rang it up again for the correct amount. That didn’t feel like good customer service, so I just took the voided receipt and left.
Disappointed with how poorly this location is managed and how often they’re unprepared. I won’t be returning.

The quality of the products is commendable. However, the order fulfillment process encountered inefficiencies, necessitating multiple repetitions of the request due to a lack of attentiveness from the employee. Furthermore, the level of verbal engagement was minimal, and it was necessary to specifically request straws and napkins. Despite these areas for improvement, the establishment remains a positive experience overall.

Went to Dairy Queen for dessert with all the family today. We had 5 Blizzards and an Oreo Brownie Cupfection. The treats were on point and the customer service was fantastic! Love the soft serve, the variety of options for Blizzards, (I just found out that you can build your own Blizzard with the filling options they have), and was really pleased with the friendly and helpful staff working today!
