I drove through December 6th around 6:30 p.m. because I was on my way to work. I got my food and went to work. I opened my quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries and when I opened the sandwich container, the burger looked like it had been dropped on the floor! I don’t know exactly what has to go wrong for a burger to look like this but I decided to flip it over. Unfortunately when I removed the bottom bun it was just as bad as the top! It actually looked like a piece of burger was missing so I don’t know if it fell apart, stuck to the grill or was dropped but I won’t eat that! Mainly because I don’t know if it was dropped and I’ve seen food get dropped at another McDonald’s and still served!
The worst part about this was, I was at the drive-thru! And I almost think that they did it on purpose because I don’t think they would have given this to somebody in the store that could have easily walked up and said this looks wrong can I get another one? That would have been a totally different situation. But in this case they knew I was driving away and so they felt they were safe to give me food that looked like this! And if it wasn’t hanging off one side of the bun all messed up like that when I opened the package to take the burger out, I would have never even opened the bun! But since the burger wasn’t centered I opened the bun to move the burger over to where it belongs on the bun and saw that it was all mangled.
And of course since I was on my way to work I did not have time to go back and request a replacement. So I was stuck with nothing for dinner except cold fries because that meat patty looked like it was kicked across the floor! I work till 3:30 a.m.! Clearly this store can’t be trusted to provide edible food through the drive-thru…or maybe you have to inspect it first before leaving? Dunno, but it’s very questionable what happened to that sandwich so I wasn’t eating it even if I had to starve all night at work.
Note: I don’t want McDonald’s to do anything for me about this, I just want to warn other people. I will never be back here no matter what is said or done on their part.

My mother and I came thru the drive thru on January 10th and order 2 cheeseburgers a large frie and a diet the cheeseburgers were all ketchup and the we got maybe a smalls worth of fries and the drink tasted like metal. We both are sick to our stomachs and haven’t been able to hold anything down since eatting the food.

Worst location! always forgets part of an order. Won’t refund part of an online order unless you come into the store. I didn’t pay in the store and they sure were quick to take my money online. Why should I waste more of my time and gas for their mistake.

We ordered on the kiosk for food to be delivered on table, it wasn’t. Instead our number was called out to pick our food from the counter. Why bother with the table tents then? Although it wasn’t busy and there was plenty of staff at the back. I have zero issues in getting my meal, but then what’s the point of it? Place was clean and quiet. Food was okay ish

I placed a mobile order at the wrong location. Totally my fault, and I was told that they don’t own the other location so there wasn’t nothing they could technically do. They ended up making my exact order and not charging me anything for my mistake. They didn’t have to do anything, but they went above and beyond to help me in the situation I put myself in.

Drivethru is a little slow during lunch and dinner, so plan accordingly. Food has gone up in price, plan on 10-20 bucks per meal, no dollar menu anymore. Ice cream machine is “usually” working fine here

So… went through the drive through on 6/20/25 late evening. The employees were being a bit goofy, but i figured all in good fun. I ordered two cheeseburgers, and they were both wrong. It’s not that hard to make a cheeseburger. One was completely plain, and the other was drenched in ketchup. It was soggy, and looked absolutely disgusting. Is there a manager there at night? Working at McDonald’s I don’t expect people to be professional, after all, it’s McDonald’s. But at least make sure the customer is happy with their food. I’ve never had any complaints about this location before. In fact, it was the one location I would go to out of all the other ones because they usually got everything right. It’s time to grow up kids, and managers need to do their job and reign them in. If you do not want to work, then don’t. There are plenty of people who need jobs right now, and would be willing to do them correctly.

Don’t dare ask for a second sauce. I asked for an extra BBQ sauce and the lady shook her head yes while shutting the window on me and saying there’s one in the bag. Well thanks lady. I guess I’ll be sharing 1 BBQ sauce with my co-worker. FFS
