Went there Friday at about 5pm. The gentleman that took our order was friendly and funny. He also brought our food out and was cleaning tables in the dining area. Food was hot and fresh and made to order. The staff was very friendly.
The only reason for not 5 stars, the bathrooms were disgusting and the floors needed some attention.

Had a very good experience here! The clerk was friendly and the service was quick. The shake was good as always!

Nice people, overall the place was clean. Service was alright. I didn’t appreciate the cold, overly salted fries however. Sometimes people forget stuff and are new. I had to ask for a fork but didn’t get napkins. Not the biggest deal. Seemed like the staff was really more focused on flirting with each other than working. Oh well.

I deleted the pickles in the app but the details were missed again. I often stop in Ogallala for fuel on my trips west. This was my 3rd visit at this DQ since late April.

On the 1st visit in April, they forgot the bacon in the Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe burger. Apparently, the gal missed the word “bacon”. On the 2nd visit in May, they only put small pieces of bacon, so the 3rd and most recent visit, I just ordered a Double Cheeseburger since it wasn’t worth the difference, but my pickle deletion was missed. The boy at the counter also didn’t give me my drink cup so I had to ask for it. What’s worst is the lack of smiles at this place, a rarity for Nebraska. Moreover, this place is stingy with their onion rings. So, instead of the 3rd time being the charm, it’ll be the last time at this restaurant.

I waited to spend my money on Nebraska when I was already hungry in Colorado. If I want mediocrity, I would have gone to McDonald’s. At least they haven’t put pickles in my burger lately.

Just like most other DQ’s but they took special attention attention to making the food and Blizzards. They had a couple new Blizzards, both of which were great.

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen. You know what you’re getting. We were driving through and stopped to eat. Other fast food locations were limited (no fries in one, no lobby in another) so DQ was busy today. The girl running the front (young, maybe late teens/early 20s) was crushing it. She was taking orders and running orders/ice cream with a very full line out the door. She didn’t seem to let it bother from the customer’s perspective and was just rolling through. Kudos to her!

The food was fine, Normal DQ quality. But this is the slowest location imaginable. It wasn’t super busy, we ordered easy staples. One of us even ordered just a blizzard. But it took over 20 minutes, and the employees in both the front and back were just standing around hands in pockets. When I asked about my order they walked back and made it then brought it. For a location so based on people passing thru on road trips they really dropped the ball.
