Nix mit Tüte auf=Fertig, sondern alles handwerklich echt, darum versteht sich auch: -ohne Geschmacksverstärker -ohne Konservierungsstoffe -ohne Farbstoffe Seit 2016 werden wir jährlich von TripAdvisor mit dem „Zertifikat für Exzellenz“ ausgezeichnet, im Buch „Burger Unser“ sind wir unter den besten Burgerrestaurants in D-A-CH gelistet, usw. Überzeugt Euch selbst: Burger gibt es viele, aber keinen der so natürlich lecker ist, wie im 1885.

I arrived 10 minutes before the closing of the kitchen. Not only I was served in these ten minutes. The burger was the best I have ever had. And I am not the biggest fan of this dish ;). But I can honestly say it was marvelous. And again – sweet potatoes. Still cannot understand why so few restaurants have them.

The fiesta fries are some of the best I’ve had, as someone who doesn’t like fries altogether. The babyback ribs were very good too: fall-off-the-bone tender. The mac and cheese was a little too bland though. I get the concept of it as a plain side/ for kids, but it still lacked flavor.
I also like that they offer vegetarian and gluten free alternatives. The vegetarian burger was quite nice.

1885 Die Burger in Bremen really delivers! The beef burger was juicy and flavorful, and the sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy. I went for the ChiliCheesyCheeseburger—spicy, cheesy, and just the right kick. Service was quick and very friendly (Yagmur), the interior cosy and quiet, with a few tables outside.

What a wonderful restaurant! The inside is lovely and nicely decorated. When we came in we got greeted nicely and got a table immediately! They came to our table within 5 minutes to get out order! The drinks and food came quick and they kept coming back to refill the glasses! What a luxury! We order some chickens wings and burgers and these are delicious! The food is very well baked and warmly served. If you come to the city Bremen I would recommend this restaurant!

The cook, Mr Milos is my personal hero as well as Jenny, the serving angel. Despite a crazy busy day and kitchen near closing time they took my hungry, lonely soul in and served me the best burger I had for a long time. THANK YOU!
