Celiac mecca! Great BBQ! Portion size was about right.
My brother loves it! Great sandwich options. Combinations for sandwiches made them interesting choices and hard to choose just one. Not sure that I liked the cheese sauce.
Bbq plates are another great option!
Definitely worth a try. Id like to go back and try a hot dog or two.

1st time visit got a chili dog and fries and drink. The wait time to order was a little long don’t know why. The fries were good but the chili dog with onion seemed to taste a little stale. Don’t know if it was the bun or what.

Everyone talks about their hot dogs but y’all are missing out on the best chicken tenders!!! They aren’t small and they are perfectly coated with flavor!! Pair them with those amazing hush puppies and a cherry vanilla Sundrop slushie….. . Plus the young lady at the counter is always the best!

I like this place because the menu is varied and all the choices are good. They have daily specials. My husband loves the hotdogs. The flounder sandwich is best in town, IMHO. there are good choices for sides as well. It seemed cold inside the last time I was there. It’s counter service…no waitresses but that’s no big deal to me.

My first and likely my last visit. The cheeseburger combo was a bit overpriced. The fries were great, but the burger had an off taste and was for sure from a frozen pack. For the price point, I fully expected a fresh ground beef hand-pattied burger experience. 🙁

First time here and it definitely won’t be my last! I live an hour away but for that gluten free fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese and fried okra, I’m alright with making that drive! Brisket was great too with the vinegar sauce. We got gluten free desserts to-go including banana pudding. Amazing atmosphere, not stuffy at all with great country music playing. Everyone was so sweet and helpful especially Ashley at the register! Thanks for everything, y’all! I’m telling my friends too

Dined in on a very busy evening before Thanksgiving. My husband ordered 3 hotdogs and a drink. I ordered the fried bologna sandwich with the pepperjack cheese curds and a drink. The food was great. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Definitely will be returning.

First time here. Don’t know why I haven’t been here until today!? Outstanding! The menu automatically draws you in. Very creative! I got the trailhead dog. Very good. Hush puppies. very good. Everything was very good. Broccoli salad,, amazing. Service was just as good. Inside was super clean as well. I can’t wait to go back and try new stuff!! I highly recommend this place!

I finally found it. A GOOD QUALITY restaurant with true gluten-free food. Food that tastes as good as non-gluten free. Only in downtown Boston have I eaten gluten-free free food this good.
Now I have to do most of my shopping in Hickory, NC, so that I can stop by again.
It’s really hard to have celiac. I am not GF by choice. I have no choice. The only thing about relocating to the Carolinas is that it doesn’t seem like many people understand how serious having celiac is. This restaurant understands and doesn’t compromise quality either. Thank you Charlie Graingers.

We were so excited to find a new place that offers GF options for our family. They take it seriously – changing gloves, separate prep area and 2 dedicated fryers. The customer service was great and they were all so friendly.
