First let me begin with, when you talk about excellent customer service. Look no further than LongHorn Steakhouse. From arriving inside to be seated at your table, I could tell that I was going to enjoy everything here. Our Server Alyssa, a huge shout out to you. You took really good care of us from start to finish and definitely left a lasting impression. The Steak was delicious and done to perfection for me. My wife had a small issue with her Steak, the assistant manager Brenda came and addressed this issue in the most remarkable way. A huge shout out to Brenda, keep doing a great job. She was very professional and willing to solve the issue in the best way possible and in which she did. She also gave us some really nice insights on how to choose our steaks the next time. To wrap it up, rhe ambience is really nice, wasn’t noisy and the wait for food wasn’t long. The price is really good too. See you soon LongHorn Steakhouse, definitely on my favourite list.

Pretty good steakhouse for a chain. Service was good. Liked the Wild West Shrimp app dish. Good combo with the pepperoncini peppers. Bone-In Ribeye steak is always my fave. It was tender and not too much fat. Overall a good experience.

We recently had the most delicious meal there. The French onion soup set the stage for a warm chilly evening. We enjoyed a gunner if T bone grilled streaks named potatoes and fresh. Vegetables. Wait staff were attentive . Everything was so fresh and timely. We enjoyed the atmosphere and can’t wait to come back. Planning a wedding reception there. They are amazing.

Stopped by around 4pm on a Tuesday and sat at the bar. Ryan was the server and I ordered a steak and lobster tail and a few beers. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. Definitely come by and get a nice meal at a reasonable price.

This place is great! The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is also great! however the reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is because me and my dad both ordered a medium steak, but when our steaks arrived they were well done. I didn’t mind so I kept eating, but my dad wanted a new steak. The waitress was very nice about it, and got him a new steak. When he got it it was a bit undercooked but he didn’t mind. Despite all that, I had a great time eating here! 🙂

The steaks are great, and at a great price! The Brussels sprouts were delicious.. the other sides- fairly standard stuff. Potatoes, broccoli, fries- the service, mid. Our server was friendly, but we waited quite some time to get a table- packed on a Saturday night. He took our order- came back after 30 minutes and our order was never entered. Our meals were expedited , and were good overall. Ordered cheesecake, also fair. Would love to go back on a slower night to try again.

For what this place is, a somewhat inexpensive chain steak restaurant, it’s fairly good. Certainly you can get much higher quality steaks at other places if you want to pay the price, but this is certainly more than adequate.
My steak was a bit overdone from what I ordered, but certainly still good. The baked potato and asparagus I had were very good. We also had their strawberry cream cake that I found quite good although my partner felt it was too sweet. That was a large piece of cake which we wisely shared.
The service was good, the atmosphere was nice and casual. Lots of parking right near the restaurant. This is about in the same league as Outback, though I think Outback’s steak is a bit better but more expensive.

I had gone there for lunch with my party. when we arrive at the front door there were 5 employees just standing there talking rather the greeting us. I had to say “hi table for 3.” Then one girl acknowledged us and asked us to follow her. we were then sat. We were waiting for more than 15 minutes no one came to us. my party and i decided to walk out and go eat somewhere else where we were treated so much better. It was not busy at all for them to treat us like that. Keeping in mind that 5 employees were standing talking and laughing rather than working and doing their job.

Put our names on the wait list because they don’t take reservations and we waited 10-15 minutes or so when we got there.. Got to the table and waited for someone to take our drink order. Then it took about 20 minutes to get drinks. Then we finally placed our food order and waited for the food to come out. My food was cold and my husbands food was cold (lobster ta). Had to ask for another order of drinks and we were never offered water. Everything took forever and when we said we had to be somewhere by 7:30. Asked for dessert and the check. Got the check and still waited for the dessert. (15 minutes) had to finally ask for it to go. It was like we were an inconvenience and I’m not appreciative of it. Horrible service. No backup from any other staff members. When I was given my dessert to go it was tossed to me and the items were sideways in the bag. The lid wasn’t even on the cake sturdy. Watched a table get their drinks and everything so quickly after they sat down a while after us. It was so aggravating and I will never recommend the place to anyone or ever go back.
