This review is for the breakfast.

Not the most efficient operation. It looked as though there was only one person preparing the food. However, the cashier was very fast! There was no line. I guess which was deceptive because the line was waiting for the food.

Nothing to write home about. But it’s decent and it’s decently priced.

Compared to how busy the neighboring Chick-fil-A is, this was definitely a faster choice. And you have Chick-fil-A at home.

The prices are reasonable for airport food. I had just the breakfast bowl with bacon and it was good. Nothing fancy or exceptional. The potato cubes are fair. Browned but not crispy. They would be amazing if the were crispy and not precooked and reheated to order. The employees were patient with me as a had never eaten here before this morning. The pico was nice. A choice of hot sauce or salsa would be a very nice option too. The menu says coffee, but none was available and I didn’t see a coffee machine or carafe

I had the burger from there. It was good. You do have to get condiments if you want them by ordering them with meal. The ordering process stinks. It doesn’t allow you to make changes or read your credit card when you pay for it. The employees don’t move very quickly to get your order out but that maybe due to getting your food to taste better. I probably wouldn’t go back.

Sharonta was excellent! She was friendly and immediately greeted us even though they were busy. She had a warm smile even at 630am. The food was fresh and perfect for morning travels. I’d definitely eat here again.

SKIMPY – Food is NOTHING like what’s in the photos. Hardly any meat, bowl was 40% full; Philly Cheese Steak …. Ha Ha Ha… Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.
Now going to get burger after a $30 meal for two.
Clearly the worst meal I’ve had at this airport in the last 10 years.

Counters and back prep were filthy. Took 15 min to get my 2 bowls with only one person ahead of me in line. Rotisserie was broken so gyro was not rotating or heating. Fryers were off but had old food in the baskets. Health department total fail.

Honestly, if I could give a 0 I would. The lady that gave me my order was giving me an attitude when I asked for the other half of my order, so I had my husband go up there. He ordered a coffee that was clearly on our receipt and the cashier said “you didn’t get charged for a coffee” then why would it be on our receipt. My husband asked for sunny side up eggs on his breakfast plate & they gave him scrambled. We won’t be coming back.

They charged for all the add-ons, but multiple items I added were not in my Loaded Greek Gyro Bowl. If they didn’t have items, they should not have charged me. This is probably an illegal practice.

Shoronta was delivering amazing good service this morning as she does every week. I choose Great wraps every week before my flight because I enjoy the egg and sausage wrap to get my morning going and the value it provides. This morning was a little different experience in that she is usually on the register taking orders however this morning she was taking orders and making the food as well. She never missed a beat. She didn’t let the fact that she was working alone get in the way of her being pleasant and serving with a smile as I have come to expect from her. Three weeks ago I stopped by Great wraps for breakfast as I do every week and she was not in the register not taking orders she was making the orders. The gentleman on the register taking orders was the absolutely wrong person to have representing the company and it’s values. He was not friendly, didn’t smile, his arms were folded when I approached the counter, I felt like I was enemy instead of the customer and a loyal one at that. I missed her that day so much I almost went to another place in the airport for breakfast. But I didn’t. Instead I shared that experience with everyone who would listen. The reason I’m in the airport every week is because I am a Leadership develpment consult for 30 years and work with clients all over the world. I have used her obvious pride in what she does as an example of what employee work passion looks like and how it is drives customer loyalty. This is leadership in action. I can only hope the leadership team at Great Wrap recognize this in her and vales her contribution to the the company goals, values and it’s brand. Please take the time to recognize her for making my hectic travel schedule better when see someone like her who gets it.

I should have checked the rating before coming here, but their menu looked so appetizing! My Southwest bowl is swimming in sauce, the rice is not fully cooked and too hard to chew in the middle. I asked for half and half lettuce and rice but there was a sprinkling of lettuce and bowl full of crunchy rice. The staff were helpful and fast.
