I’m a HUGE fan to Taco John’s and will not pass one by. Seriously. I’ve driven across 3 lanes of traffic with no warning to get to Taco Johns.

We stopped at this Taco John’s when in Paducah for a weekend. It was a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all, so we were the only customers.

We stood in the lobby for a few minutes before we were greeted and it was the manager who came up because the employees we could see were busy not paying us any attention. She took our orders and we talked for a minute and told us that they’re collecting to help rebuild a church (church?) that was damaged in a recent tornado by rounding up our payment. I was intrigued by one of the local specials (a chicken ranch burrito, as I recall), so that’s what I ordered, but with chips and cheese. Yes, Taco John’s is known for their Potato Olés (ok, tots), but I prefer chips and cheese. Largely because if I have some Potato Olés I want to have MORE Potato Olés.

The dining room was very clean and I was digging the overhead music (80s and 90s). The drink station could have used some attention.

Our food deliver was about 8 minutes, and it was hot and accurate.

I wasn’t crazy about the ranch chicken burrito, to be honest. America’s never-ending fascination with ranch dressing is crazy and I don’t really get it, but I like it when well placed and the right quantity. This was a little too much ranch for my taste, but it was still good. I think next time I’ll stick with my regular Taco Bravo.

Add this to the list of Taco John’s that I’ve visited! My search continues.

I had an issue recently and toni the GM got back with me immediately and fixed it. I really appreciate her prompt response and making things right. She is a wonderful edition to your establishment!!

Taco John’s is my go to taco place besides authentic Mexican restaurants. Everything is always on point well except they use quite a bit of lettuce other than a simple fix, we’re good to go! I still give them 5 ⭐️ all the way around!!! Go see em!!!

This was the first Taco Johns that we have seen in several years, so excited to give it a try, as we used to do Taco Tuesday at this brand.

We were quickly disappointed. The cashier couldn’t seem to hear or understand our order…there were no special requests.

The food came quickly, but nothing was like it used to be. We missed the salsa bar. There were only Pepsi products. The portion sizes were greatly reduced as far as meat in the crunchy and street tacos.

Crunchy beef tacos were almost flat, about 1/2 teaspoon of meat, and shredded lettuce. No cheese or tomato as pictured on menu board.

The Street Tacos were a drippy soggy mess, consisting almost entirely of shredded lettuce and very liquid salsa. I had two chicken and one steak street taco. They all had about 1/2 the meat of the crunchy taco.

This was the biggest waste of $20. Apparently the locals know this as we were the only people in the restaurant for about 45 minutes.

We are right now sitting in taco John’s lobby. We ordered our food at 5:03 and it is now 5:30. One of your workers Tamika has completely lost it since we have been sitting here. Running to the back out of frustration. Unprofessional.

They seem short handed sometimes but are always polite and as quick as they can be lol. I really appreciate the way they keep me informed as to why, when I have to pull into a spot and wait and apologize seemingly sincerely lol

Only customer in the drive thru and i was made to pull into the parking lot to get my order that took well over 15 mins to just walk inside and ask for a refund, whoch I was juts given a dirty look and no response. Had to asked again for a confirmation that i would get a refund. Ridiculous. No other customers showed up during this time. No excuse to not have tacos ready at a taco place .

I just went in to order , a girl name Zoey took my order I stood there for at least 5 mins waiting to get her attention. She comes to me with half painted black finger nails with something underneath each one. My total was $10.15 I had $10.14 and so I say to her do you have a penny and she says oh no while leaning her head back , she was the rudest young lady , the customer service was not even a 1. I eat here on a regular and have never met a rude employee she was the 1st. After getting my money she went on to the back and gathered my food I do believe I for sure saw her bagging it up .Seeing her with no gloves I will be throwing my meal away. I will not take it back in because I do not feel comfortable doing so. I will never be back.

The food at Taco John’s is just generic, while the ones at the truck stops seems to be a little better, the regular restaurants are just generic.
