Was there in March with family. A very belligerent customer was being very rude to staff and customers. Some members of our group stood up for the employees as they were doing the very best job they could on a very busy Saturday night. The staff all acted very professional and the situation was deescalated. Great staff and great food. We left a huge tip because the staff sure deserved it!

From MN & staying at Wilderness Resort. We had a large pickup order for 20+ people which was ready very quickly in about 20 minutes. The pizzas were great and the online Deals were also great. Ordering on the app was very easy. Friendly staff & our order was all there. I would recommend this Pizza Hut if you’re staying in the Dells!

I’m giving 5 stars just for the young man at the cash register that took our order. I wish I would of asked for his name. He was awesome m the pizza was reasonable at only 9.99 for a large 3 topping pizza and was good. I ordered carry out and was ready in less than 15 mins on a Saturday at 10 pm. I also ordered the bread sticks which were awesome.

Terrible experience. Ordered for delivery with 40min eta. After 50 minutes called and was told door dash has it. I did not request door dash but they use it now. Manager said he would remake it and send their driver. Be another 40 minutes. After 50 minutes no pizza. Called again and was told the driver was just leaving.

Great customer service!! Got it delivered and it came earlier than it predicted!! What a great surprise! Had half stuffed crust with chix bac on one side just cheese on other! It tasted amazing!! Had right amount of sauces!! Can’t wait to use them again!!!

This is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a lot of them excellent staff fantastic delivery service managers are awesome and they even have a drive-thru window for handicapped people like myself big hugs to the whole crew at the Pizza Hut here in Lake Delton
