Naturally, we started with an alcoholic drink and bag of green beans. I kid you not, it came in a bag marked with the Miznon logo and some wax paper inside the bag to keep the bag from getting soggy. They then brought out a pan with what’s called the run over potato which consists of baked potato, aioli and scallions. It’s like a smashed potato, but the pan literally had a potato “run over” between two pieces of wax paper with cutlery on the top. Needless to say everything was really delicious. My wife’s favorite dish was next. It’s called Batata, which is sweet potato caramelized in its own honey with aioli on the side. The crispy skin almost peeled right off. It was literally two sweet potatoes on a pan, but the flavors all so good. One of my favorite dishes was next called a bag of golden meat. It came in you guessed it, in another bag filled with overnight brisket and onions seared on hot steel with a side of aioli. The meat had insane flavor and I couldn’t get enough of it.
Now we finally got our first “dish” in a dish called the intimate plate which consisted of slow cooked beef and root vegetable with tahini, pickles, spicy green pepper that came complete with a pita. This dish was packed with homey goodness. I love root vegetables and the beef, which complemented each other like a marriage made in heaven. The service was extremely quick and the dishes were amazingly fresh and made right before us. Next was the chicken schnitzel in a pita complete with matbucha, tahini, cabbage and pickles. My kids said this was the best schnitzel they ever had and we had to order another. I had the ribeye minute steak in a pita which also had tahini, tomato salsa, pickles, tomato and spicy green peppers. This was another of my favorites. The flavors just all came together and I would have gotten another had I not been stuffed. We also had the Lamb Kabob Plate which had these amazing lamb kabobs with some roasted tomatoes, onions with tahini, and some spice. Highly recommend if you like lamb. There was still more if you can believe it. We tried their Ratatouille which consisted of tomato perfumed eggplant, zucchini and onions with tahini, some spice and a hard boiled egg. It was unlike any Ratatouille I have ever tasted, but in a good way. This Israel street food was something I was really digging. Lastly, we couldn’t leave without trying their chummus plate with tomatoes, onions, schug , chickpeas and of course pitas. The chef, Chef Dan even came out to make a L’chaim with me on some arak as we were in an authentic Israeli restaurant. I wish them much success in their amazingly delicious Miznon in Bellworks.

Had the lamb option.
The entire time I kept repeating in my head
Wow this is out of this world.
Here is a picture of the after math.
Staff was super friendly, waiters were really nice. You will enjoy a modern rustic vibe, plus a fresh lemon and tomato on your table for decoration only:)
Pro tip: ask the manager to lower the music:)
was fine
Just like their New York locations, Mizmon at Bell Works delivers an outstanding experience. The service is consistently excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. Each item on their seasonal menu bursts with authentic Israeli flavors, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Whether you’re coming for a casual lunch or a special dinner, the quality never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier kosher dining with a taste of Israel.
