This location just kinda sucks, the customer service wasnt good, the lady that took my order complained about her coworkers and talked about her application to McDonald’s. All the tables are dirty and when we got there there was only 2 small groups sitting no reason to be dirty. BK is good in general but this location seems to just not wanna be there at all and dont care

Every now and then I have this craving for fries from BK however I hate soggy fries so I specifically ask for them to be fresh made to avoid this. I get to the window and I’m immediately handed my bag of food which I find odd but there are times they coincidentally just made fries but I’m also not naive so I check them. To no one’s surprise, they’re soggy and warm at best. I let the employee know I had asked for them fresh made and he glares at me and he says “well I’m going to have to park you then” as he snatches the bag from me. See I don’t mind being parked, I do however mind the attitude. Few minutes later I receive my fries which are clearly fresh made.

Step up your game with cleanliness and service. Love the char broil bacon cheeseburger but can rarely get hot/warm fries. Tables/floors definitely need to be cleaned more often as I usually have to do it myself.

Did not honor an advertised special. Not sure why. That’s what brought us in that particular time. From a business & marketing standpoint a customer never forgets that experience. Have historically been a BK regular since its inception (in the 50’s I believe). Cornelius needs more reasonable customer care. Also, burgers at times, have not been as consistent as from other locations.

Burger cold… “Be careful, fries are hot and fresh” were Luke warm… Management angry, slapping a notebook on the order counter and talking about “parked orders” being served out of order and tapping the order screens at employees… Coke machine was out of everything… Training video seemingly stuck on repeat on a huge flat screen behind the counter instructing workers on how to construct their “new” burger, the southwest something. Could definitely tell staff was inexperienced, overworked and stressed, probably by management acting what they’re doing is the most important thing possible.

Heads up, the Dining room closes at 9:30 PM every night as of 8/25/23, Drive through is open till 11 pm or 12 am based on day.

Don’t bother, too busy to accept online orders for a reasonable price, too bad they can’t just have respectable prices that don’t require the app. To all you franchise owners, follow this example to charge more.

I don’t often stop by, but when I do, my order is always incorrect and the food looks old and it’s hardly even warm. The picture depicts old lettuce, and slap of mayo in one spot. I did however enjoy the hershey’s chocolate pie.

Waste of money! I received a dry over cooked sandwich that seems to have been sitting out since they opened that day. One of my sandwiches was thrown in the bag and had unwrapped and fell completely apart. The other had a bun burnt so bad I couldn’t even eat it. This is by far the worse Burger King around. Avoid at all cost!
