Ive been to this location 8x in the last few months after work I get the same thing usually. 2 mcchickens and a snack wrap. Yesterday I waited 6 minutes for my food. One mcchicken was so hot it burnt my mouth. This is good. Fresh food is very rare here. The second was cold and rubbery just like the snack wrap. In the last few months I have gotten old expired food 4x out of the 8. I’ve called and complained. They must think I’m trying to scam them because they don’t send out free food cards anymore. They say they will then don’t. But what really gets me mad is the fact I’m being served expired old food to begin with. One of the visits the mcchickens were so old the bread was hard. They don’t care at all. There is no food quality here. The food is unsafe. Since the management doesnt bother checking for quality and wants to rip off customers selling garbage. Im submitting a complaint to the health department today. And I encourage anybody who’s received this garbage to do the same. Shame on you! Making me wait for my food then giving me one fresh item while the rest is expired should be a crime. Not just a sorry won’t happen again. Well it has happened again. Over and over again. This restraint needs to be investigated. Im complaining to the health department. I won’t be coming back. 2/7 930 was the visit.

Would not recommend this McDonald’s was waiting for somebody to come several people saw me and called for somebody else to come get me instead of taking the initiative to come and help me out. They weren’t busy they had nobody in the Drive-Thru so I asked them if they had the Disney toys and if they knew a boxes they had and the person and I’m just trying to get one complete set so I have it from myself for a collection. I could totally understand if they were super busy and it was like a rush hour type of situation that they didn’t have time but three other people were standing around so again would not recommend as they are not very accommodating. This makes me appreciate the other McDonald’s that do go above and beyond and try and do what they can to help you when they are able to.

The first driveway ordering speaker was out i confirmed when someone pulled next to me in the other and started ordering so I drove around. Tried telling the guy at the first windo when u pay the speaker isnt working. He didnt say a single word, not the total, not have a nice day, nothing. Acting completely arrogant. So I tried telling the guy at the next window, he said we’ll figure it out and slammed the window shut. Idk what kind of customer service you have at this establishment but I left pissed off. Never going to this mcdonalds again.

If the food isn’t old, it’s cold. The iced tea is always flat old or mostly water. The people for the most part have been wonderful. The food just isn’t worth the atmosphere. Today’s specialty fillet of fish half cheese. I don’t even know how you do half cheese. Apparently the recession has hit this McDonald’s harder than most. Place has gone down hill everytime I order on the McDonald’s app and I hate that it picks this location and not greenbay rd which is better. But this place has always gave me cold food i just made a purchase at 9pm 9/5/2025 the chicken nuggets were not fresh and tasted like they been sitting for sometime. I took one bite tossed them also bough a Mc Double buns dryer then heck wasted about 25 dollers on a meal I cant even eat. I wish I could choose a location to have delivery drivers go to vs it constantly picking this location.

As soon as I was walking in on July 30 just before 3 someone was carrying their baby right behind the counter and into the back towards the kitchen. The person carrying the child was dressed in pajamas and looked like they need to work on their hygiene. I left without ordering food because that’s nasty.

Good customer service for a McDonald’s. Exactly as expected food. MickeyD’s is a choice built on speed and knowing that the food in Neenah, Boston, Miami, Portland Maine and Portland Oregon all tastes the same. Not great but dependable.

I’ve gotta say. Never thought I would be leaving a review on a McDonald’s. But the staff here are some of the friendliest I’ve ever seen! When I placed an order for pickup at the counter, the lady greeted me by name when I walked in the door. Never have had that wonderful service! Thank you to the great employees at the Bell Street Neenah restaurant!

This is our local McDonald’s since we live very close to it.
Food is always very hot and the orders are always accurate. Friendly employees and Managers willing to assist in any way they can. Don’t usually dine in, but they times we have the restaurant is very clean and cashiers are attentive and polite.
